"I have worked with a lot of personal trainers over the years, and Vahid is one of the best. He is always punctual, professional and pleasant to train with. He creates individualized work out plans and really focuses on your goals. When he's training with you, he gives you 100% of his focus (vs. trainers I've had in the past that would be on their phones or be distracted, which always really bothered me!). He always pushes me just the right amount so that I feel like I'm getting stronger and healthier, but in a safe way. I even increased my workouts with Vahid from once to twice a week because I really liked the results I was getting.
