I've been taking Broga classes with Tim since the beginning of the year, and his classes have become a part of my week that I look forward to. He has a very calm demeanor and and explains the poses very well for newcomers. I'm not a morning person at all, but I'd get up early to take his morning class. I recommend Tim very highly whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
6/26/2011 I recently graduated from the 200 hour teacher training program, having practiced yoga for about 10 years, this program has helped me discover what my truth is with yoga. For years I thought it was all about the physical stuff, well folks it's not. Daily meditation has become much more profound and my personal yoga practice has a deeper connection. Corinne provides an excellent deep tissue, trigger point massage! She uses yoga breathing and aroma therapy using lavender essential oils are nice differences.
I have been having lessons with Kathryn for about a month now and I greatly enjoy the experience. I went into it not knowing anything about Yoga, and my knowledge has grown a lot. I thought I would only want one or two private lessons and then occasional lessons, but I look forward to them every single week now! I have been challenged in such a rewarding way and have increased my knowledge in the basic foundation of yoga! Totally recommend!
I enjoyed my private session with Rachel very much. She was great at guiding me through all the poses while making gentle adjustments when needed. She was patient and thorough. Very sweet and enthusiastic! It is quite obvious that she has passion for teaching yoga and I highly recommend her whether you are brand new ( like me) or are just looking for a refresher.

ShantiLoft Studio for yoga and reiki is a wonderful place to leave the outside world behind. Robin provides excellent guidance through Hatha yoga poses and meditation. I have participated in yoga classes on and off for 25 years and believe yoga to be an excellent gateway to the mind, body and spirit connection however; having a sensational teacher is key. Robin does a wonderful job and keeps me coming back for more each week. I have also experienced a very restorative reiki session at ShantiLoft. I have been practicing yoga with Megan Bradshaw for several years. What I like most about Megan is she listens to my concerns and knows my past injuries, so well it's as if they were her own. Megan has given me solid advice for managing my hip injury, a torn ligament in my wrist and hyperextension in my elbows and knees. Megan has also made herself available to me for nutrition advice. She even helped me discover my sensitivity to legumes! I highly recommend Megan for any yoga or nutrition advice.
