Everything you could ask for and more! I usually never write reviews, but when it comes to hiring people and it companies to do work I felt important to share. We all know how difficult it is to find a good contractor. Elsayed came out on a Sunday and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Installed 3 toilets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 faucet fixtures. Also corrected numerous plumbing issues in the process. From start to finish he let me know what was going on every step of the way. His recommendations were spot on as he came across other issues throughout the project. I always felt confident everything would get done right and did it ever! Never strayed from the up front and honest pricing. I’ve already rehired Elsayed to do more work in my home as OSA is a full service general contractor. Hire with absolute confidence!!!
Amazing! It was a pleasure working with Matt as he was the only contractor who came through the door with enough foresight to make recommendations for my deck project and knew exactly which direction to go. Matt was timely, organized and delivered everything he said he would complete. He was great to work with and was both flexible, professional and reliable. I would absolutely have Matt work on my next home project without hesitation! The work he did on my deck surpassed my expectations and would love to be able to recommend him to my friends. Thank you!!!
Superior service. A fence and pretty soon more work. I recommend this handyman/contractor to everyone who needs a fence. Very neat work! I give him a 10+....
Cezar and his crew were amazing! I've worked with several contractors (including another tile guy) in the past few months and he was the most pleasant to deal with. We had him re-tile a bathroom floor in a rental we own. It turned out perfect. You could tell he cared about the job they did. In fact, they did such a good job at such a reasonable price, we had them do another bathroom while they were there. (His price was better than some of the others presented on Thumbtack and his reviews were better.) Also, they arrived exactly at the promised time and finished when they said they would. These are both rarities in my experience! I will definitely hire him again if I need any other tile work or handyman work in the future!
These guys were awesome. We had a fairly large basement renovation which included a full bath. We had 6-8 general contractors come take a look and it was impossible to even get a quote from most of them. Paulo was a breath of fresh air. He showed up when he said he would be there and he provided a fair estimate. We learned early on that we made the right choice going with M&P. The very first day we left for work with an old, partially finished basement and came home to an open space. They gutted the entire 800 sq ft area in a day and there was hardly a spot of dust on the floor. The next day, we came home from work and the space was entirely framed out...and still spotless. We’re about 4 weeks into the project and maybe a week from completion. They’ve never disappointed us. Paulo is a good communicator and was readily available for regular update meetings. He’s worked with us on any changes we’ve requested and was great about laying out our options. I’ve referred him to all my friends and we’re hiring him for our kitchen renovation later this year. I really can’t say what a breath of fresh air these guys were. They’re true to their word, do great work, and work for a fair price. I highly recommend them!
Adonias was very easy to work with. He is friendly, creative, and flexible. He has a very busy company, so sometimes my projects took longer than expected, but he is good about communicating. Eagle7 remodeled two bathrooms for me (I will upload pictures after I finish cleaning and organizing them). They took out two fiberglass shower/tub units, built a new tub with tile surround and a tiled walk-in shower with glass door. They replaced sinks and countertops, replaced flooring (tile in one, vinyl plank in the other), repaired some plumbing, replaced fan/light combos, and built out walls where needed. In addition, Adonias and his crew helped with a few extra requests as they came up, without complaint. We were updating most of our house this month, so there were many contractors in and out, a dog, kids, and general chaos. The crew took it all in stride, they were patient and worked around our schedule. Prices were very reasonable, and they worked with me to think through what could be salvaged/reused to minimize costs. Adonias also sourced materials as needed, not overbuying or upcharging. Highly recommend Eagle7.
In looking to help my parents remove their tub and replace it with a shower I had contacted 4 contractors. Stan from MKJK Carpentry showed up on time, presented us with a fair estimate and completed the work in a professional manner. He is a caring individual of my parents needs and his work was first rate. Thank you STAN and your crew. Jim
I needed somebody to build and install a custom floor-to-ceiling sliding door to split my room when I want it. Not too many contractors will take a job like this requiring out-of-the-box thinking, but Joe did. He came up with a solution that saved me hundreds on the material cost and submitted a quote that I could not refuse. And Im glad Ive hired him. That was my best contractor experience ever (and I worked with dozens of contractors on different projects before). Joe and Frank worked as a perfect team complementing each other and coming up with the best course of actions. Joe would reply to any text message almost immediately, answering all the questions I had for him. The project was done as promised, on time and on budged. Thank you, Joe and Frank. I would recommend Speranza & Son to anyone who needs a job done professionally, efficiently, and with minimal headache.
Adelson and his men did great work as part of our paint touch up for our home sale. They were professional, did quality work, finished on time and overall made our home look appealing to potential buyers. I would highly recommend them all all folks looking for general contractors
I had a chimney cricket redone and some general repairs to my roof. Weathertite responded promptly, came out the next day and did the work as agreed. James and his sons were a pleasure to work with. The work done carries a 10 year warranty and I am happy that they stand behind their work.
We had the usual startup glitches when MR Contractors did the plowing for the first time. Now that they are fixed, it's smooth sailing.
Hired from to install new kitchen cabinets I had purchased for a home remodel. He did that well, and made a number of recommendation to improve the layout and appearance. I also gave him other general, contracting type assignments,,which handled with his crew effectively. He has comprehensive experience, and has made useful recommendations which I have implementated on the project. His rates are very fair, and he gets things done.
Thiego and his team removed our current cabinets, countertop and appliances. They assembled IKEA cabinets and installed them. They installed a new quartz counter and a subway tile backsplash. They put our new appliances in place, and painted. They did a great job. At the end of the job he had a house cleaner come and clean the house. This was our biggest job with contractors. It was very hard to be without a kitchen for 3 weeks, but it was worth the wait.
Bob is currently working on our deck and doing an outstanding job. He's meticulous when it comes to everything. "Measure twice, cut once" is his motto and when you are looking for a contractor this is highly important. I don't have pictures of the end result but I will post when he is done.
Eduardo was very responsive from the beginning. I posted my job on Thumbtack just to get an idea what my costs would be. I hadn't even decided if I would build it yet. Several vendors responded but in addition to responding, Eduardo wanted to come over, see the place, and make sure he was helping me through the initial decision making.. This was very helpful to me and helped me sort through the various quotes I got. Any questions I had he responded. And just talking too him, he exuded an air of confidence that inspired trust. I was not disappointed.. After successful HOA approval, city design review and permit approval (no easy feat.. took over a month for city to schedule us in), Eduardo showed up with his carpenter, Claudio, who would be the expert carpenter he found to execute. Claudio was amazing. He immediately attacked the job with a professionalism and passion I have never seen in construction. The pergola is in Ipe wood.. The hardest wood there is. Claudio loves to work with wood and although Ipe can be difficult to work with he is able to handle it with no problems. Eduardo was in communication every step of the way. In fact I went on vacation and got weekly updates with pictures. During the process Claudio had many ideas how to make it better than the original. Eduardo supported this process and allowed Claudio to do his very best. The end result speaks for itself. I've had several friends come over and admire their work and some of them will most likely hire Eduardo for their next project. Finally, once final inspection was done, Eduardo explained to me that due to his desire to do the job right, he didn't make as much as he anticipated but he wanted to be clear that even so he stood by his original estimate. This is a fantastic general contractor to work with in my opinion. Rarely is construction delivered better than you anticipate.
