Seasonally inspired meals are prepared in your home and provided in reusable containers that can go from your refrigerator directly into your oven. Chef Lisa will work with you to tailor a menu specifically to your taste, nutritional and health needs, and convenient to your lifestyle. Chef Lisa Reilly founded Bistro a Casa because she believes meals should be made with real food that's delicious, healthy and prepared with our environment in mind. As a registered nurse, Chef Lisa is highly knowledgeable and able to accommodate most dietary needs, without sacrificing flavor or variety. After successful careers as a registered nurse in Philadelphia and in marketing in Boston's medical device and biotechnology industry, Chef Lisa decided to pursue her passion for cooking. She attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, graduating as class valedictorian. Chef Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Villanova University and a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Chef Lisa is certified by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) as a professional food manager.

Lisa is great. She works with our family on our needs and food preparation preferences. There are learning curves as far as our tastes and portion sizes but these are to be expected - we are very happy to have found her Fantastic Chef!

Bistro a Casa Changed My Life! I’m a working mom and packed on the pounds during Covid. With Lisa’s help and guidance, I lost 20 lbs in 3 months. I don’t have time to cook so having delicious, healthy, homemade dinners delivered to my home has been a game-changer. Even more valuable is Lisa’s amazingly delicious low calorie, low fat, low sugar, low carb, low WW point snacks and desserts!!!! She’s a talented chef, flexible with accommodating dietary restrictions, and very responsive to my requests and feedback. I don’t feel hungry, always have something fast to grab that is guilt-free and satisfying. Her deliveries are always on time as scheduled. Most of all, I consider Lisa to be a vital part of my self-care team. Together we are creating a healthier, more self-confident and far less stressed-out version of ME.

Lisa has been terrific to work with! She invested the time to understand my nutrition and cooking goals, and then customized our cooking lessons to help me meet those goals. She is professional, knowledgeable, flexible and a pleasure to work with. In addition, her recipes have been very creative, healthy and delicious!! I have been very happy working with Lisa and highly recommend her!!

Professional, Prepared, Punctual and Polished! The crew from Bistro was exceptional! This was our first experience with any caterer, and I would definitely hire Bistro a Casa again. We hired Bistro a Casa to cater a birthday party. The food was very good--We had a particular food allergy, celiac disease, Lisa worked around it deliciously!--Our guests kept commenting on the Buffalo Dip and chicken sausage wrapped with prosciutto! They helped for about 4 hours, constantly making sure that there was always fresh offerings. They were constantly cleaning, making sure that when they left the kitchen was better than they found it.
