Latest Review: I have been working out with Trent for the past 2 months, 3 times/week. Let me just put it this way, Trent showed up to train me in a walking boot and crutches and I still ended up having a killer session. Don't worry about his commitment, worry about yours! Because he's 100% in from day 1. He knows how to push you, and cross those imaginary limits you've created in your head. Let's just say there are somethings I wasn't able to do, that now I easily can. If you're serious about a transformation, he is your guy. Easy to work with, flexible, good sense of humor but doesn't joke around when it comes to working out. I have a long term goal with him, and happy to say that I'm on the right track after 2 months of working out with him.
