We needed to get an annual HVAC seasonal check up and tune up and only at this property for 48 hours and after scheduling an early morning appointment that never showed up or cared to let us know so we could find someone else - had to call Ian and check for any cancellations he may have had today so he could fit us in.
He did not have any cancellations, but he made a point of fitting us in between appointments
He was thorough, professional and a provider we will be back to for all our HVAC needs here.

In fact, the company that installed my new HVAC unit (inside and out) never got it right, and I’ve had issues ever since.
