Our center has three Certified Personal Trainers (Niki, Ross, & David), who collectively share over 10 years experience and specialize in weight-loss, strength & endurance training, post-therapy, and senior fitness. Our rates start at just $33/session for members and $44/session for non-members. I work with personal trainer, Niki, every morning. When she was away I worked with Ross. It is because of the trainers I go to the Myerberg Fitness Center. Working with Niki and Ross has been a tremendous benefit to my health. I recommend the Myerberg Fitness Center to everyone!

We have been members for nearly 3 years. Our experience from day one has been positive. The staff, Niki, Ross and Dave are well qualified to work with members with a variety of issues, including dementia. The administrative staff has been very welcoming and helpful.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a few different membership options (13 Weeks to 1 Year) and Personal Training Packages, starting at $20/session. We also offer fitness classes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet for an hour and discuss medical history, previous injuries, any persistent pain or weaknesses, current fitness program, and goals. This information allows us to create a customized fitness program and we can recommend which exercises to include and which to avoid to prevent injury. Training is then provided, using the equipment in our center and a program is written down for the member, which is filed away at our center for easy access.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and CPR/AED Certified. Some of our trainers hold additional certifications in Senior Fitness, Cycling, Boxing, and Yoga.
