If I could give a 0, I would. My contractor came twice to get the property ready for showing and Lisa Wright on both occasions dropped the ball. DO NOT use this service, it was the worse interaction I have ever and with a real estate/tenant placement company. My contractors also stated that he never experienced such unprofessionalism. They showed up two hours late, didn't let my contractor in, took money from me and didn't pay the contractor what was due to purchase paint. Then Lisa Wright said she doesn't offer services after she agreed to them.
