Introduction: Hello,
I am a certified personal trainer (American College of Sports Medicine) with a bachelor's in exercise science from Towson University. I am currently working with a very nice, diverse, and large fitness facility.
I am also certified in yoga-based mat work, Pilates-based mat work, and aquatics personal training. I work with the kinesis wall, and I teach boot-camp-style classes as well and offer nutrition counseling. I come from a post-rehabilitative background setting where I worked as a cardiac pulmonary rehab tech at a couple hospitals in the greater Baltimore area.
I have trained over 500 individual clients (and countless others in class settings) of all ages, health backgrounds, and populations, locally and abroad, when I was the fitness director aboard a major cruise line and currently at my gym here in Baltimore.
I have worked with individuals, couples, families, adults with autism/Asperger's, 80-90 years old, children, German body builders, collegiate athletes, individuals with missing limbs, people returning from rotator cuff and knee surgery, as well as healthy 20-60 years old.
You may work out in my gym with myself without requiring a membership.
The standard rate is 45 for 30-minute session and only 75 for a full 60-minute session. Most of my clients purchase in packs of 10. When you do this, I will throw in 2 complimentary sessions.
There are even more savings when I train couples or small groups. Inquire if you're interested.
I have been in this industry for many years, and I am 110% dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. All I ask is that you give yourself that same 110%. My friends and clients have called me "extremely friendly and knowledgeable". Rarely, do I not help you get you your results. I have a 97% success rate.
Lose the medication. Lose the poor dietary choices. Transform your body. Allow me to help you help yourself through fitness and nutrition the right way. I am more than just a personal trainer.
I get booked up rather quickly these days, especially from 5-8 p.m. I would recommend booking a week in advance. I will give you my best. Give me yours.
Take care, and see you at the gym!
