Latest Review: Everyone wants to read that Rob gets results, and yes that is absolutely true so let's start there. And he ensures everyone gets noticeable results very quickly. Beyond being an excellent results-driven trainer, Rob is very low-stress, focused on health, and keeps a positive attitude with his clients. I also enjoy working with his group fitness classes as he takes pride in working with NORMAL PEOPLE and gives them reasonable goals step-by-step until reaching an optimal fitness goal - which is how he keeps his clients long term and instills a drive to JUST KEEP GOING! Rob is easy to work with so there is no quitting attitude because it was way too much to handle (or too little) - he truly finds a perfect balance for every workout. My personal results with Rob was from very out of shape to very in-shape in 6 months time - with about 40 pounds lost (and dropped about half of that in the first 6-8 weeks - and I'm not much of a dieter). Rob is also very, very reasonably priced and not greedy - despite being in an industry where he could very easily charge a lot more for what he does. I would not work with any other trainer and I whole-heartedly recommend him to everyone. I never had a thought about working with a trainer until Rob approached me on a treadmill in 2009. Thanks, Rob, for 6 awesome years now!
