What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As there are so many variables when dealing with aquarium maintenance, we prefer to price out each project individually.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and encourage everyone to come visit us at our store. We are at 1713 Rosemont Ave, Suite C in Frederick MD. Otherwise, we will provide a phone consultation to discuss in further details the services required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paul, the owner, has over 20 years of experience in aquarium keeping and aquatics systems management. All employees has significant experience as well, and have been trained to provide the best service possible to maintain a healthy system and happy clients.
