Our HVAC unit started making noise on Easter Sunday. Put out a repair request hoping to get service this week. Nathan called right away, came out the same day. Took his time to diagnose the problem. He was able to fix the issue and advised us of our options. Suggested we wait on replacing the part, but we know it might be on borrowed time. He did not try and up-sell us on any services or parts. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very friendly. We will be calling him for all future HVAC issues.
