Primary eligibility requirements for the "No Credit" Approvals program are that applicants must; 1) have an established checking account with good history; 2) be able to make a minimum 10%-20% down payment to Value 1 Property, LLC, and; 3) demonstrate to the grantor the ability to spread the balance of the purchase amount in equal payments over the payment period offered. There is no interest rate or APR, approvals are not credit score based, and providers are paid in advance by the grantor. The "No Credit" Approvals program can approve up to 85% or more of applicants not eligible for traditional consumer financing. Applicant must: 1) have an established checking account with good history 2) be able to make a minimum down payment of 10% 3) demonstrate the capacity to pay the balance in equal amounts over the payment period offered; 3, 6 or 12 months
