As i am new to Yoga, he is very caring, with lots of patience. Always on time and very professional, at the same time never brings up subject of money. He is truly god's gift and very inspiring. I have taken Gentle Yoga with Asya at Sun & Moon for years. When I heard that she was offering a more personalized therapeutic class, I jumped at the chance to address my particular problems -- back issues, bad knee, Morton's neuroma in my toes -- all things that made some yoga poses very challenging for me. It was wonderful to have her focus on my issues, and she helped me develop a personal practice to work on these things. Her gentle and encouraging voice, strong knowledge of anatomy, and inventive teaching style made it pleasurable as well as useful.
If I could give her 6 stars I would! I am a tennis teaching professional and my job is very physical. During the last few years I had been experiencing injury after injury which was taking all the enjoyment out of my work. Corey is actually one of my students and she encouraged me to try Yoga with her. I was skeptical at first and thought Yoga was for "other people ". I could not have been more wrong! After one session with Corey I could tell this is exactly what I needed. I have been working with Corey for the last 6 months and I feel 20 years younger! Corey is not only a fantastic Yogini. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in many schools of physical fitness. Like Pilates, Cross Fit, TRX?? She knows it all. Incredibly, her expertise does not stop there. Corey is also a walking repository of nutritional information. Going to Corey is a great value, she just knows so much and is so willing to help! In conclusion, the other thing I like and admire about Corey is that she practices what she preaches. She is in great shape and an athlete herself. As an athlete, that's important to me. I highly recommend you give her a try. You will be glad you did!!
Melissa is a devoted yoga teacher. She takes the time to know her students and to provide clear guidance in a relaxing atmosphere. She is a gracious teacher. Her studio is beautiful.
Jordan is a great yoga instructor! I love her creativity, her strong knowledge of traditional yoga and her light hearted approach. She can be challenging, but also nurturing. A lovely Teacher and person.
Gretchen Schutte is an outstanding yoga teacher. I have taken both classes and workshops with her at Inner Power Yoga in Sterling, VA, and each time I walk away feeling so grateful to have met her and honored to be in her classes. Not only is she an expert on several different types of yoga (vinyasa, nidra, yin), but she is one of the most accessible people I have ever met. She makes all of her students feel comfortable, is willing to help in any way, and creates a safe and peaceful space to explore your yoga practice. After a confusing session in yoga nidra at another studio, I signed up for a workshop Gretchen was leading on nidra practice. Not only was the session amazing, but she also made the effort to meet me before the workshop to see if she could help me to better understand the practice and to dispel the confusion I had found with another teacher. Gretchen is simply one of the best, and I look forward to every single opportunity I have to take her classes. She is the real deal and an A+++
Hillary is an excellent teacher! She is effusive, qualified and fun. She manages to put planks in perspective with personal anecdotes and genuine humor. Her style is a hybrid of barre, yoga, and Pilates. Class is always interesting and HARD. A million thumbs up!

LA Rose Yiga classes are a breath of fresh air. I totally enjoy her classes. I am always relaxed and rejuvenated after all of her classes. I love this yoga class.
I work in an office environment and after years of having such a sedentary lifestyle I think yoga with Dagmara was just what the doctor ordered. She is professional and worked at my pace and provided positive support and patience with my inflexibility. Already after a few sessions I have a greater range of motion and feel calmer. Nicole is amazing. Her credentials say she is a certified fitness trainer and yoga instructor, and she is every bit of that. She is a master of her crafts. But she is way more. She is a coach, confidant, motivator, and most of all, a gifted healer. As a physician, I know a healer when I encounter one. I feel so blessed to have invited Nicole to help me with my journey. After just a few weeks of being tortured by Nicole (nobody says health and fitness are easy) I am in my best shape in years. If I learn some of her amazing communication and motivational skills, she may make me a better doctor as well.

Darin's Yoga, which was given to him from Amma's teachings, is incredible. After just one session I immediately felt the difference. It's unbelievable that I can get this type of Yoga from an online session. I still received feedback as though I were in the room with Darin.
Selene's yoga session was great. I felt like I learned so much just from one session about how to do each pose correctly and how to modify poses in a beneficial way when you're not totally there yet. Selene's vibe is accepting, warm and encouraging & I didn't feel pressured to do everything perfectly. At the end of our session I felt rejuvinated in mind, body & spirit. Highly recommend!!
No one is more attentive than Lynne. In a full class, she can make you feel like you are in a private session. She delivers a great workout and really helps you stay in touch with why you showed up in the first place!
