Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I have trained with several different people prior to working with Shawn, and I can honestly say that Shawn is one of the best trainers out there! He is attentive, motivating, knowledgeable and makes me feel completely comfortable. He pushes me to do my best and to do things that I didn't think that I could do! Shawn is also great with keeping communication open, something that some trainers lack. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone who is looking for a trainer and a great workout!

Very professional. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain the exercises, and how they should or shouldn't be feeling while doing them. It's good to know that trainers care about your form while doing movements so you get the best from your workout while not injuring yourself.

I first started working out with Cornelius about one year ago, after my girlfriend encouraged me to give personal training a try. I used to be one of those guys who thought personal trainers weren't necessary for a good workout, so I was hesitant at first – but I followed my girlfriend's advice and signed up for a few sessions with Cornelius. After our first workout, I knew I'd be coming back for more. When I first started training I was WEAK, even though I had been jogging regularly. I had rarely stretched or worked on building strength. I also wasn't eating well. Cornelius immediately recognized these holes in my training regimen and started developing workout and diet plans to help me build strength at a healthy pace. Due to my lack of stretching, many of my muscles and joints were incredibly tight – but Cornelius' taught me exercises and stretches that would help me build strength and loosen that tightness without causing injury. Thanks to Cornelius, I feel stronger and look healthier. The girlfriend who got me started with training has even pointed out improvements to my energy levels and confidence. The fitness plans Cornelius has built around my personal needs have been perfect. Throughout our workouts, he has been very relaxed and great to talk to – but he also knows when to push me to workout harder. I look forward to each of our sessions, and I strongly recommend him to others.

When I first decided I needed a personal trainer, I started checking out the personal trainers at the gym where I was a member. I watched how they interacted with their clients, and the training they gave them. Most of the trainers seemed disinterested in their work, and were either chi-chatting with other members of the gym while training their clients, or checking their cellphones while training. When I checked out Janet, she was always one on one and very focused with her client. Thats when I decided Janet was the one for me. Janet is extremely knowlegeable, not only about personal training, but also about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now. I am going on 57 years old, and thanks to her, I feel and look much younger, and I am very thankful our paths crossed.

I recommend Jenise 100%. She is a pro and you feel like your money is well spent because she is serious about her job and has the exercise routine all figure out before the session starts. she does not improvise and I can tell she has good experience which, for me, means I can trust her judgment on exercise choices. I appreciate that she is always on time and will tell (and show you) when you are making some mistakes with the exercise (some trainers don´t do this! so for me this a huge plus). I take 2 classes a week because of schedule possibilities but I think that, if you can afford it, 3 is the ideal number.

There is so much to say about Let's Go Fitness gym. It's clean, professional, with experienced trainers. It really feels like a family. Omg, my personal trainer Stacy is the BEST!! She motivates, encourages and is my biggest fan. She is one tough cookie when it comes to whipping you into shape but is always pleasant.

I signed up with Timothy to tone and strengthen my body. After the second week, with proper diet and Timothy's workout sessions I noticed that my jeans were not as tight. Timothy gently pushes you just enough to get you past that point when you think you can do anymore, without frustration like some trainers do. He is very reasonable, balanced and insightful. When I first reached out to Damien for training I was underweight and had not worked out in over a year. Therefore, my fitness goals were to gain healthy weight (lean muscle) while staying toned. Damien’s training approach was personalized to my goals and not a “one-size fits all” approach to fitness. Therefore, he took the time to learn how my body reacts to variations of exercises, weight, cardio and nutrition. He was able to figure out the right equation for me to achieve my fitness goals. It was definitely a process! Which he let me know in the beginning that there is no quick fix, I have to put in the work, in the gym as well as on my own and to trust the process. After seeing the amount of discipline and hard work that he put into his own personal journey of bodybuilding, I was inspired to compete in my first women’s bikini bodybuilding competition. My track record proves what he is about. 2015 Men's Open Bodybuilding Light heavyweight 4th place out of 11. 2016 off season with Rob he out 20lbs of muscle on my frame and got me to jump up a weight class in 2016 Bodybuilding. 1st place Heavyweight 2nd place overall. Current off season right now put on 12lbs of muscle in 2 months.. Rob is extremely punctual and responsive. Very knowledgeable and extremly kind. “I’m pretty sure no one hates working out more than me. Which is why I knew I needed to hire someone to help me get in the shape I wanted to be in prior to my 30th birthday. After following Paul on various social media sites, I decided to give him a call – best fitness decision I’ve ever made! I’ve had trainers before, but none that care about their craft OR their clients as much as Paul does. He tailored my workouts to my fitness goals – as well as some goals I didn’t even know I had. He kept me accountable with my meals (a huge weakness for me). And, he adjusted his insane schedule to accommodate my crazy work demands. I have been training with Steve multiple times a week for a number of years. My goal is not to become the worlds next bodybuilder but to maintain my strength, muscle tone and flexibility. He works with me on these areas, as well as weight maintenance, with enough variety that I don't find it boring. Although I may not always be on time, Steve is and he does his best to see that I get the full session in. I really appreciate that Steve works with me to reschedule appointments when needed. The gym is clean, easy to find, and everyone works well together. It's a wonderful atmosphere - I don't feel out of place and I enjoy working out there with Steve.
