10. A Better Way Fitness Programs
"Vernon Stephens has been my personal trainer for several months. He is outstanding. We started with basic requirements, filling in a chart, keeping track of exercising on my own. I'm lifting weights and using the treadmill and exercise bike in the gym at work. I demstrated how I was lifting weights and then he showed me the right way to get maximum benefit from using them. I have a bulging disk in my back, and he streamlined the correct excerise to no hurt my back and to encourage me to continue and not make excuses for why my back injury could keep me from exercising. Vernon listen to what you say and then develops it into an appropriate exercise that will help you excel. He reminds me if I need to be to bring in my chart of my regular exercise in the gym at work so he can review my routine and makes suggestions for ways to obtain full benefits with less time involved since going to the gym is difficult to schedule sometimes. He is personable, has a wonderful sense of humor and when I am finished exercising, I never have any pain because he has shown me the correct way to exercise and watches to make sure I continue to do them correctly. He additionally showed a friend of mine various streach exercises to do to keep her back from hurting. She delivers mail every day and she has done it for over 30 years. She said that now that Vernon has shown her the proper streaching exercises, her back doesn't hurt anymore and she is off of the pain medication that her doctor gave her. Over all, Vernon is outstanding and I would highly recommend him to everyone as a physical trainer.
