I attended two cooking classes ( light Mexican and healthy grains) taught by Chris & Emily at the William Tally Rec Center. I highly recommend these classes. They were very informational and Chris &Emily are full of cooking knowledge which they share. We made several recipes and sampled our finished dishes. After the Mexican class, I promptly purchased a tortilla press. It is so easy to make your own corn tortillas. I would have never tried it on my own. Lori

I had Chef Danielle come into my home for a cooking lesson/dinner party for my husband's 40th birthday party. She arrived on time 1/2 hour before the class would start to set up and was there for about 4 hours. It was really easy working the menu and I was happy with the menu options she presented me and the ability to make more then one entre to satisfy the tastes of all the members of the group (8 adults). We all had a blast from those that cook on the regular, to those of us (me) that don't ever cook. I was expecting my kitchen to look like a total disaster after having had 8 adults cooking in my kitchen, but she cleaned up everything! The food was fantastic and I had left overs that we enjoyed days later. Thanks for a great time Chef Danielle!
I arranged a private cooking class at my home for several of my friends as a Christmas gift. The event was a great success! Learned how to make pasta and other tips about cooking. Our event was last night 1/9/16. I would highly recommend Stephanie and would use her again for other events. Isabel
The cooking class was excellent! Phillip was very warm, accommodating and made sure the evening was special and educational. Phillip and his wife walked us through all the steps in making the dishes we had and I also learned some cool knife skills. Learning how to debone a duck and present it was very interesting. They made my birthday very memorable and quite an experience. If you've ever wondered what it is like to be a guest on a cooking show, this experience is very similar. I learned a lot, ate a lot and had a lot of fun. Overall the experience was like having a friend come over and cook with us. I highly recommend Antonia and Phillip catering for you cooking class and any food related needs you may have. Absolutely delicious food!
Although Chericia was not able to actually do the cooking class, I could tell that she was organized and willing to do what needed to be done!

I took Dorinas Functional Home Cooking Course through the local adult school last fall. I have continued to take weekly classes since then. Dorinas emphasis is on cooking quick, nutritious meals using wholesome ingredients. Her forte is Italian cooking but she has a broad knowledge of foods and other styles of cooking. Her classes are well organized. Topics touched on during class include the choice of ingredients, possible variations and substitutions, nutrition, tricks of the trade, and tips on where to shop. Dorina is friendly and engaging and her classes are informative and enjoyable. Her class is the perfect starting point for someone with little experience in cooking who wants to learn the basics.
