We all want to live our lives fully and embrace each day with energy and vitality. It is my goal to give you a yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and renewed. The world we live in can be hectic, stressful, and demanding, and I believe that yoga is a powerful practice that can reunite us with ourselves, bringing us to a place of tranquility and peace that eventually leads to contentment.
In my classes, I use breathing exercises and meditations to help guide students to a place of peace. The asanas or poses that I use are simple and effective and suitable for beginners or intermediates. I teach vinyasa yoga, gentle yoga, and restorative yoga.
