Working out at BBJ is like being part of a family. They provide a wide variety of classes with great instructors. They also offer personal training. I have been training with Pam since last April and am extremely happy with the results. She is professional, encouraging and gets the most out of me each and every session. I would highly recommend personal training, as well as group fitness classes at BBJ.
We hired Cayce to host our daughter's 4th birthday party and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her approach to yoga, young kids, and parties! She was organized and easy to contact before the party, and was so fabulous with the kids and the parents at the party. Her yoga class was creative, focusing on both our daughter and her friends, as well as the art of yoga, and she incorporated fun poses that the kids loved as well as movement activities and an age appropriate story. Not only did Cayce provide a fun lesson for the kids, but she stayed during the party, helping to hand out food, and entertain the kids with toys and games during gifts (four year olds don't sit well to watch gifts be opened!). She also stayed afterwards to help clean up which was both unexpected and appreciated. My husband and I were so pleased with Cayce and she also received so many compliments from the other parents in attendance. I would highly recommend her for any party or regular yoga class for kids. She is fabulous!

Practicing Yoga with Growing Yogis has been a great experience for my children and myself. I would recommend Growing Yogis to parents that want their child to join an activity that is fun, flexible and cost effective, but is not a major commitment like regular sports activities (it's only once a week!). I would also recommend Growing Yogis to any adult who is interested in an activity that is good for your mind, body and spirits.
Courtney was very informative and knowledgeable. I'm used to taking bikram yoga so this was nice to try something different. Afterwards I was completely relaxed and slept really well without waking up too sore which is a common occurrence for me due to tightness in certain areas.
Jersey is a great yoga teacher. Although I am still a beginner, I have been to several group yoga classes throughout the years. The group classes were never very helpful so I decided to seek private instruction. Jersey is the best yoga teacher I have had. She is very well spoken and her instruction about the poses are clear and easy to understand. She uses props to help you achieve postures you might not think possible and she has a great attitude and calming demeanor. The breathing techniques and meditation exercises that she has taught me have really helped with my stress levels and I feel better than I have in years. I will definitely continue to use her services and I highly recommend her to others hoping to start a yoga or meditation practice.
I have been a student of Mama Love Yoga since I began my Yoga practice. Sara has a great energy. Her classes are physically demanding while also being incredibly relaxing at the same time. It is a balance I have not found with many other Yoga classes.

I have worked with many people with injuries and chronic illness. I personally have dealt with chronic back pain/sciatica as well as chronic lyme disease so it has become important to me to help people who are suffering similarly. I teach a variety of yoga from Vinyasa flow to yin and restorative. When working with a client I like to learn their background and injury history so that I can tailor a class to their body. In a series I like to start with restorative/yin classes to restore the fascia before moving into any strength building poses. Creating the foundation before building upon it is very important.
