We have taken 4 cooking classes. We have had an amazing time and learned a lot with each class. We had him over to teach a class to a dinner party, what a blast! One of the guests had so much fun they are hosting one a dinner party with Chris in January.
Great atmosphere, good wait staff, and Mike is an outstanding cook. This is a small gem in a not-in-town setting - a rare thing. This really is gourmet food at a good price.
I am currently employed as a personal chef. In order to keep my culinary skills sharp and to stay up to date on the latest culinary trends, I learn under Chef Brian for my continuing education needs. He is an excellent teacher. The knowledge I gain from each cooking class is invaluable to my job and me. Each class is a never-ending learning experience. I also host cooking classes at my home kitchen taught by Chef Brian. The feed back from the participants is always excellent. He has a patient and kind manner, which makes even the novice cook comfortable in the kitchen. The students thoroughly enjoy the classes, as do I. The classes are run professionally and always well thought out. It is evident that Chef is an expert in the field of Culinary. His food is outstanding! The best part of working with Chef Brian is that his food wonderful. The only way that I can describe it is that there is softness and fullness to his flavors. Everything is at the exact level of flavor and texture, which allows for a great experience in eating. He has an appreciation for fresh locally grown produce and meats and utilizes them often. I believe that appreciation adds to the quality of his final product. Working with Chef is a great experience, which I intend to continue.
We hosted a club function for 80 people 11/1. Stacey was very accommodating in arraqnging delivery of rented items, set up, decoration then breaking it down very efficiently and taking back all the items we rented. Stacey cooked and served a sit down meal where people had three choices for their meals. Stacey and crew were very professional. Served the food quietly and efficiently. I would have liked a place to score her between Good and Outstanding because the hot food was not hot enough for me but my husband felt it was fine and many of the guests raved about the appetizers. The stuffed pepers were a big hit. Stacey was a very pleasant and confident person to work with. I certainly would recommend her to another if asked.
Bob was amazing to work with. I had questions and he immediately had answers. He thought of things and already had them taken care of before I even asked! He went above and beyond and took care of everything so I wasn't worried at all on the day of. He even made sure that the menu consisted of Gluten Free options for our guests and family members. He also made sure that there were vases for the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids at the head table! He provided all of the linens and napkins and the colors I wanted were spot on. He also provided a cash bar with all of the choices we wanted. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Bob. He always answered his phone or got right back to me. This really kept me relaxed and not worried about anything.
Jeremy is a delight to work with and his food is varied, excellently presented and delicious. We will hire Jeremy again whenever we have the opportunity.
