When I think of Alex as an instructor, I think of her thoughtfulness. She makes her yoga practice approachable to all walks of life and beginners as well, offering modifications but welcoming the courage to try a new or challenging pose. Alex’s practice is also meditative, I always leave a flow feeling both accomplished and relaxed. You wouldn’t know she only has a year of teaching experience - she is already a seasoned instructor! I can’t wait to see where the practice takes her in years to come.
