We had a FANTASTIC time with Natasha the morning of my wedding. Her home studio was wonderful, and the practice was exactly what we needed. She followed our needs exactly, and adapted to our group. Can't recommend her enough!

Ema is one of the most knowledgeable teachers of Yoga around. One aspect of Yoga that Ema knows well is the contraindications for each Yoga technique. There real (and sometimes serious) contraindications for each and every Yoga technique, and many Yoga teachers are not trained in them. Ema is one of the few teachers able to safely teach advanced Yoga techniques.

Kara was excellent at teaching a group of women yoga. We were at all different levels and yet we all felt her individual attention. Her passion and enthusiasm for Yoga is as unique as refreshing as her personality. I would recommend her classes to anyone interested in learning or practicing yoga, you will love her.

I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and I am happy to say that Movementality has become my "yoga home." What I value the most is that the studio is a safe and welcoming space to practice and explore, to unwind and relax, or to build up strength and reenergize. Being a member of the yoga community at Movementality has helped me deepen my own practice and discover new possibilities in my body&mind.

Sydney Shepherd changed my life. I started my fitness journey at 140 and am now a healthy 125 - which was lower than my goal weight at the beginning of our process. She understood that my journey to health was more than just getting in shape - it was a lifestyle change. She supported me and was understanding if I ever had an accidental cheat day. Truly I would recommend her to everyone I know. She was more than just a personal trainer, she was my life coach.

Each Yoga session with Mike has infused me with a clarity of mind and body. There is a renewed energy that I feel in my physical body as vigor and strength. My mental abilities have blissful intent, a knowing that all is right. Mike has vast knowledge of the Sanskrit names of the asanas and his deep, compassionate baritone cadence as he guides the experience for a group, is very much an individual journey of union and peace.

I loved working with Val! I didn't always feel in the mood to workout but once I got started, I was always glad that I did. Val always ensured the workouts never got boring and the results where more then what I hoped for. I would still be working out with PPT and Val if I hadn't moved out of state. Thanks again Val!!

I have worked with Kim for over 3 years. I started working with her after I had 2 back surgeries for a herniated disc. I had very little strength after the 2 surgeries and needed something that would strengthen my core to support my back. Kim is very intuitive and knows how far you can go to make gains without hurting you. Kim has helped me so much, I am better than I ever thought I could be after my injuries. Kim is always professional, honors your time, and truly cares about your well-being.

      About

About YOU: -You are so busy juggling the responsibilities of your family life and intense career that you barely been able to squeeze in sleeping and eating, let alone exercise. -You are starting to feel the effects this constant go-go-go is having on your body. You are exhausted and distracted, your joints feel stiff, and your back aches from so much sitting. -You have heard good things about yoga, but you are not sure if it will be a good fit for you. - You need actionable, tangible results, not new age BS, and you certainly do not want to waste your time. -If you're going to have a yoga practice, you know you want to see positive change quickly and still keep your schedule, needs and goals in check. About ME: I teach beginner yogis how to create strength, balance, more flexibility and ease in their body and mind so they can be more productive at work, more present at home, and live life fully. We might be the perfect fit for each other if: -You are intimidated by classes and want to learn yoga from a teacher who gets you and can adapt to your body. -Your body is in pain and you've heard yoga can help, but not sure where to start. -Your mind is clouded and frazzled. You think it is possible to feel better, but you a™re not sure how to get there. -You would love to experience the benefits of yoga in a way that is actionable or useful (not woo-woo, new-agey weirdness). The West End Yoga Company offers: PRIVATE POWER HOUR: Personalized 90 minute yoga sessions in the comfort of your home, office, or The Center for Yoga & Massage Studio in Plymouth so that you can experience the benefits of yoga on your schedule. (If you are coming to The Center, days and times of availability may vary depending on other events.) HOW IT WORKS: These sessions are YOURS. I am merely a guide (albeit an inspired, experienced one :) you to go inward to discover your own abilities. Only you know what you need to focus on during our sessions . The categories I provide below are a guide to figure out what is right for you. GROUP SESSIONS: Weekly, ongoing group classes at The Center in Plymouth. HOW IT WORKS: You would be in a group no greater than 10-12 yogis. It is usually full, but this is a great way to get to know me before you decide whether you would like to invest in private sessions. A POWERFUL QUALITY NETWORK: Access to a network of health & life coaching, nutrition advice, massage therapists, and specialized yoga teachers for a range of different ailments. Types of Personalized Yoga Sessions: Yoga for Athletes Includes therapeutic stretching, specific strength training, and posture assessment for running and golf with the intention of performance improvement. The importance of focus and mindfulness is also addressed. Ideal for all kind of athletes and age levels. Therapeutic Yoga Because of my own experience through healing of advanced cancer with yoga, anything is possible when the mind and body are connected. We will use the stilling of the mind through the union of breath and awareness to promote deep physical healing, which can lead to emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.Yoga therapy is for people who have experienced trauma, including cancer, eating disorders, scoliosis¸ herniated disks, and rotator-cuff rehabilitation. Restorative Yoga Creating a grounded and nurturing environment, we will use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support long held poses and make space for students to rest. Restorative yoga quiets the sympathetic nervous system and stimulates the para-sympathetic nervous system. This allows for true healing, including an improvement in sleep, digestion, focus, and general well-being. Ideal for people who need space and time to let everything go and relax. Prenatal Yoga Prepare for birth by building strength and flexibility to ensure an easier labor and postpartum recovery. This will be both a challenging and relaxing class, intended to empower and inspire. Prenatal yoga can be as active or as restful as you and your baby need. I have been there 3 times, so I know that all mamas can use nurturing, supportive energy.
