Make no mistake, Al is the real deal. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will push you beyond your mental and physical limits. There's no question that he knows exactly how to train you to get the most out of your body, mind and soul. I have been a client of Al's for a little over 5 months now and all I can say is DO IT! If you are ready to turn your life around, he is the best trainer to help you make it happen. You will never be bored with his workouts as they are never the same. He will keep your interest while working every muscle! As a runner I was so misguided on strength training. Al's all-in-one workouts were exactly what I needed to become a stronger, more efficient runner. I highly recommend Al if you're looking for a trainer that sincerely cares about your well-being and will get you the results you are looking for.
Twyfit is remarkable! Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. He develops individually designed programs and takes each person's skill level into account. It's been great for our family. I highly recommend Twyfit. The studio itself is clean, bright and all the trainers seem talented and supportive to their clients.
Amanda is such an amazing, supportive, and smart trainer! She goes above and beyond for her clients, making them not just see results while they are training with her but also giving them the tools to build a workout program and continue working out on days she isn't training with them. She offers nutritional advise, caters to your dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian) and is a great motivator. Beyond that, she also is always seeking to improve herself and is learning new training techniques, which translates directly to her clients training. Wouldn't train with anybody else! She's the best :)

I've worked with Carlos for about 4 months. Upon meeting him for the first time he knew exactly what my body needed and sized me up completely. In the gym, we focused on an intensive bootcamp-like workout helping me increase my endurance and strength. Outside the gym, I was given optional homework to go on runs for a cardio workout. Throughout this period of time, Carlos has been a friend as well as a trainer. I was invited to play Xbox and basketball outside of our sessions. I highly recommend him as a trainer because he definitely has passion for what he does.
I've been working with PPT for about 5 years after being diagnosed with knee problems and diabetes. I knew I had to take care of myself and improve my health, but as a business owner I didn't really have time to get to a gym... nor did I want to go, for fear that I'd wreck my already damaged knee. PPT offered the best solution for me, allowing me to keep some work/life balance by having a trainer come to my home every other day. Best of all, they were SAFE- they kept track of EVERYTHING, never pushing me beyond my boundaries and taking down the intensity when needed. Jennifer holds a personal training certification from Michigan Bodyworks and Fitness Academy. During her apprenticeship at Michigan Bodyworks & Fitness, Jennifer studied under Jorge Rodriguez, former personal trainer to Hollywood celebrities such as Brad Pitt & Gwyneth Paltrow. Jennifer finds that her calling lies in educating and teaching others on living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle at any age. She is a passionate Personal Training Coach, Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer), and owner of Renewal BodyBootcamp ( group fitness training sessions) who has been teaching and implementing a variety of fitness programs for over 10 years. Jennifer has had great experience in teaching a variety of ages, from being an Adjunct Pilates Professor at Grand Valley State University to working with senior citizens in a "Fit for Life" class at the Detroit Athletic Club.
