I cannot say enough great things about Josh and taking lessons at J-RO school of music. Josh really cares about getting the best results for his students and he gets those results. There is none better!
I like the atmosphere at Harris Conservatory; it's casual, but professional. As an adult student, I pass teens and children and parents when going to/ coming from lessons. My instructor is a skilled musician. And I live in Plymouth, so it's all walking distance. Definitely a place you should check out for lessons!
Very good lessons. Encourages exploration with the music.
The location was a little off putting but Tiffany was very knowledgeable and precise. I took this class in college and I actually learned some new things from her! Her experience as an EMT definitely shows and makes her lesson more relevant. Also, they offer classes several times a week no matter the class size! Will definitely recommend them to others.
Singing lessons, very pleased
Looking forward to my first lesson. Worked with me to get a time that worked with my schedule.
Chynna is an excellent performer and teacher. Her lessons are really dynamic, energetic and productive. I would definitely recommend her to those who are willing to take voice lessons!
This was my first experience with voice lessons. Rachel made it easy and put me at ease.
After six weeks of lessons, I can say Rachel is a very professionnal piano teacher, who tries to understand my 8-year-old daughter's interests and teaches her music theory as well as techniques accordingly. She is patient and methodical.
Caren has been awesome! She has great techniques for adults and children alike, and I feel that I have already made great progress in just two lessons.
My daughter has only had 2 lessons thus far, but so far, I've only heard positive remarks. She appreciates that Marian really listens to her (apparently adults are not so good at that).
Zina is passionate about teaching and very friendly. My kid looks forward to the music lessons every week.
Daniel is an excellent accompanist, very professional and a pleasure to work with. He's one of the most capable pianists I've ever met, and he knows how to teach whether or not you have any formal training, whether or not you read music. If you're looking for a teacher or an accompanist, you can't go wrong with Daniel.
Gabriela is a great teacher. What I learned came in handy when I went on my honeymoon to Puerto Rico and Miami. She takes the time to tailor lessons to your learning objectives and level. I would recommend her for anyone wanting to obtain a grasp of the Spanish language.
Sandy is an incredibly gifted teacher! She has taught my oldest son for three years and is also now teaching my younger son. She is very professional, kind and patient, and my kids always leave her lessons with huge smiles! I am amazed at how quickly they progress in their learning as well. Sandy makes it fun and enjoyable.
I'm a return oboe player and really enjoy the lessons offered by Kaycee. She tries to make me understand with patience on how to make right voices by comparing with real world objects, as a steady basis is the most important for any instrument player. She can accurately judge my every try and give me advice which immediately leads my improvement in next try. She has a studio with warmth. Really learnt a lot from her experience.
My son had never had drum lessons before so he was pretty bad at first. We can definitely tell the difference over the past 2 months when he is down stairs practicing. Scott is very patient and my son really enjoys his lessons.
Mark is teaching my son to play guitar. He is patient with him and very open and flexible when scheduling issues arise. I would recommend him to anyone who asked.
Matty was great! He was very patient and helped me to understand concepts in a very easy memorable way. My playing has definitely improved since taking lessons with matty. I would highly recommend him to any and everyone

Lessons are available for students of all ages and ability levels. I can travel to your home or you can come to my home (drum set and marimba are available at mine). Lessons are for all different kinds of techniques: rock and jazz drum set, rudimental/marching band drumline techniques, concert and orchestral, etc. Lessons cost $20 for a half hour and $40 for an hour. You can do an hour lesson every other week or a half-hour lesson every week. We will work out a schedule with whatever will work for both of us.
