Leonard was through and shared lot of details about everything he checked. He also helped us save money by not up selling un-warranted test other inspectors were trying to sell to us. We are happy with inspection and would use his service in future.
Amazing Service - Very Professional Our Attic was covered with mold and it was horrifying since we recently bought the house and the inspector missed it. Not only Gregory did an amazing job at removing the mold from the entire attic, but also helped solve the root cause by providing proper ventilation into our attic so it never happens again. I would definitely recommend Four Corners to my friends and anyone who needs mold removal service.
I've worked with several inspectors in the past and Steve surpasses them all by a long shot. His quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic is unmatched. If you need an inspector, call Steve. I guarantee you won't regret it.
I had Chris take care of some items specified on an inspection report. He came out to qoute the job the same day I submitted the inquiry and even did the work he qouted the next day from start to finish! Great to work with, respectful and very thorough! His price was very reasonable! Would definitely recommend!
Mr Jeff from Accurate Data Home Inspection did a excellent job at inspecting the house I was going to buy. He went over and above my inspection of what he was going to do. He went from the top to the bottom of this home like he had a fine tooth comb. He left no stones unturned during the inspections. He covered it all. Plus, he was very professional while he was doing his job at all times. Thanks and keep up the good work
David Wilemski is the inspector at Beacon Light Home Inspections. He is the salt of the earth. He gets the job done well and in a timely manner. He took many pictures of my rental home and was willing to explain what I was seeing in each case as well as what needed to be done for each deficiency/problem.He offers common sense suggestions, is very thorough and truly wants to help his customers. I would hire him again in a flash. Mr. Wilemski--I appreciate your expertise and your patience as well. Thank you.
He was very thorough and explained what he saw and things recommendations for us. We would definitely refer him to everyone for future inspections!
Vert thorough with good explanation, time table estimate and probable cost for needed repairs. Inspector seemed highly qualified and very pleasant to work with.
Home inspection. Great job and very close attention to detail.
Gary did a great job. He was very thorough and explained all issues to me and made sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend using Gary for your home inspection.
I'm so happy with Up Close Home Inspection! I was so relieved to have had Jay Latzman as my Home Inspector. He provided great customer service which was very important to me as I was a first time homebuyer.During the inspection of my newly bought house I learned a ton of helpful information about how my home works including important shut off valves. I was given the inspection report the same day of the inspection which was incredibly efficient. The BuildFax report I got was amazingly helpful so that I knew which contractors had previously worked on the roof and plumbing. I would recommend Up Close Home Inspection to all other first time home buyers or anyone needing a DETAILED home inspection! I got an excellent price compared to other home inspectors. My favorite part was that I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and still could text/call/email Jay if I ever had questions and that he always got back to me right away.
I rarely leave reviews but Jason did a phenomenal job inspecting my first home purchase. He exceeded my expectations 10 fold and was cheaper than most of the other inspectors I was looking at. Jason was very informative and was able to explain everything so even a novice like me could understand. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was and how comfortable I feel after the inspection because I definitely know I chose the right guy.
An excellent and thorough report. I highly recommend Darrul Stocks! He was very informative throughout the inspection. The house did not have heat, and he did not rush through the inspection. Additional bonus; I asked many questions, and he was very knowledgeable about every topic of concern. Thank you Darrul, you made the inspection experience worthwhile :). I would highly recommend you in the future! SJ

Practical limitations are numerous and we acknowledge the limitations and realities of the job. However, we also believe that if we effectively manage client expectations and make every effort to conduct the most thorough inspection possible, then our service will excel. Qualified, experienced inspectors are the backbone of our company and we want to work with the best professionals. All of our inspectors have been assessed during actual inspections and have demonstrated their abilities first hand. We also check references and insurance coverage so that our clients can be assured that they are hiring the best. We believe that the best way to learn is collaboratively, from one anotherÃÂs experience, and strive to offer a strong support network within our company. We constantly share information among our inspectors and strive to stay abreast of the latest issues in the industry. Continuing education is required and everyone is encouraged to communicate with each other. One thing that is inevitable is a home inspection of the property you are selling. Having a complete inspection performed ahead of time by highly qualified third party allows everyone to know what the issues are. As the seller: ÃÂIt gives you the opportunity to address the issues ahead of time. ÃÂAlerts you of safety issues prior to people visiting your property. ÃÂYou can make repairs if needed, ÃÂThe property issues are known ahead time when negotiations begin, ÃÂIt eliminates buyers coming back and trying to renegotiate the offer. ÃÂNo more buyers walking away because there is no time for an inspection. As a buyer: ÃÂThe report provides a more accurate third-party view of the condition of the home prior to making an offer. ÃÂA seller inspection eliminates surprise defects. ÃÂProblems are corrected, or at least acknowledged, prior to making an offer on the home. ÃÂThe report might assist in acquiring financing. What is provided with the service: ÃÂA complete and detailed report in soft copy for review. ÃÂA colour hard copy to leave on the table for prospective buyers to view. ÃÂInspection report summary sheet produced in colour for buyers to take away during viewings. ÃÂThe report can be referenced in listings, on feature sheets, on the web and lawn signs raising the profile of the property. Maintenance Inspection In a home, very few things are maintenance free. Proper and on-going maintenance of the houseÃÂs structural and mechanical systems is essential to retaining and increasing the value of a home. A maintenance inspection involves a thorough inspection of a home and property every three to five years, which can yield significant returns. Inspections can identify and monitor certain conditions and components that may lead to safety hazards for family members and detect potential problems before they become serious and costly. The inspection helps the homeowner to be proactive and not reactive. For example - regular inspections of the roof can provide advance warning to allow for several roof quotes in order to make an educated and cost effective purchase of a new roof covering. If no maintenance has been done and the roof starts to leak, the situation becomes an emergency and no comparative shopping can take place. The result is that the homeowner has little time to choose a roofer and does not have the negotiating leeway that he/she would have had if they had planned for the repair. Preventative maintenance can help to avoid repairs, extend the life expectancy of many components of the house and in some cases, reduce energy consumption and cost. A good home inspection report can become the blueprint for your home maintenance plan. It can help to prioritize home improvements and offer advice on the best ways to approach repairs.
I do a very through inspection, I have the report to the client in a very timily maner and I make sure the client understands the report. The client is able to call me at any time with questions on how to do repairs even after the inspection is done. I am always there to answer any questions you may have, even if it is years later.
One of the biggest differences you will find with Trademark Home Inspection of Southeast Michigan is that we do not actively solicit leads from Realtors. Though we do receive referrals from selected Realtors who have seen us in action, these Realtors completely understand and respect that we will not write a soft report to save their commission. Yes, many inspection companies do this and yes it is the easiest way to keep your schedule full. However, it is not what is best for our clients and does not align with our core principles.
My service stands out in a way that represents the property. Whether it be a fine detailed project, an old Victorian mansion, or a new home or commercial property. I can be the voice for the property, tell you of the assets and liabilities regarding the property. We offer the following: * Expert, fully licensed inspectors - some are ASHI certified * Affordable prices with free quotations * Service available 7 days a week * Comprehensive written report provided immediately on site * Free carbon monoxide and gas leak test with every inspection (radon and water testings are extras, if requested) Inspections take from 2 to 4 hours to complete. We check everything outside and inside, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, roof, siding, windows, garage, foundation, etc. We work for you - not the real estate company. ~ Additional Information Before hiring a home inspector, we hope that youll bear the following in mind: 1. Inspecting homes has become a "magnet" profession for a lot of laid-off workers, because in Michigan, home inspectors are not required to be licensed or certified by the state. All of our inspectors are Michigan-licensed builders, understand housing construction inside and out, and have been thoroughly trained in our own rigorous inspection protocols. 2. Unlike a lot of the "fly-by-nighters" operating in the home inspection business today, we have an online Yellow Page ad and an actual business office. 3. Inspections shouldnt cost a lot, if theyre done right and performed efficiently. Why should a home inspection cost $100.00 or more per hour. Most inspections are 3 to 4 hours, and our prices begin at $190. 4. We don't get our referrals strictly from real estate agents. Why? Because some Realtors only refer mediocre inspectors for a free lunch or even a payoff. We don't work for them! We work for you, and we go through the home with a fine-toothed comb. Whether you're a buyer looking to live in the home or an investor buying a rental, Advanced is your outstanding choice! ~ License Information Our RBL is 2101154992, and we have taught inspector courses for certification at NCI. We also have ongoing course completion at Great Lakes ASHI seminars. We have great rates and inspectors in Michigan.
