5 years ago, weighing in at 378lbs, and a lack of motivation/ determination to do anything I decided to take my life back. The one constant thing in all this has been my personal trainer/ life coach Pete Haugabook. His unique meal plans, unmatched knowledge to weight lifting/ nutrition, and his ability to motivate makes him the best at what he does. To me, hes not a trainer, hes a friend. His meal plans wont break the bank, and are extremely manageable. With his help, I have lost over 100lbs and have made fitness not only a routine, but a way of life.. Pete literally saved my life, and for that, I will always be grateful!
I met several Trainers while I was scouting for a Personal Trainer around the area. I interviewed and met with everysingle one of them. One would even come to my house and train me there which was very appealing to me at that time. Then I met Reid, Sarah and Chris at Motiv8 Fitness and they changed my mind about getting an in-home personal Trainer ! Reid knew I was looking for a female PT so he introduced me to Sarah and I have been working out with her since then! sarah made me feel comfortable working out with her kinda like working out with a friend! The gym itself is more than adequately equipped with everything you need to work out. It is a non-stressful place to work out plus they are very flexible with scheduling. Reid and Chris are very cool and chill! I knew my husband would love to have one of them to train him. Now, both my husband and I go to Motiv8 and we love it!!
I have worked with other nutritionists in the past and followed other diets over the last few years. Other nutritionists and diets required scales, measuring cups, and plain boring rice, chicken, and eggs. I fell off every plan and diet quickly. Shocking! I have also struggled at times to follow Charlotte’s blue print nutritional template. I am human. My family eats unhealthy food that tempts me. I eat when I’m stressed. However, Charlotte’s template is super easy to reintroduce. I can get back on track easily and not feel like I am starving myself or eating bland, boring food. Charlotte really takes into account the whole person, your lifestyle, and your goals. She doesn’t try to impose a one-size fits all meal plan. I've honestly felt like I have a mentor, psychologist, nutritionist and ultimately a trainer who fully understands what im going through and motivates me to succeed. And I have!! I've lost over 80 pounds and continue to be a success as I learn more and push more every time I work with a Robert.
