They were very prompt and friendly. They loaded the truck efficiently and in a very organized fashion according to my labels of where things went. Unloading was also efficient although the organization got a bit lost as a number of boxes ended up in different locations than requested. Only bigger concern was that they stacked a box of books and then another box on top of a box marked VCR. Despite the lousy weather they were in good spirits all around. Would definitely use them again.
I had contacted Don regarding an organization system that I needed installed. He was very prompt with getting me the quotation. I did not initially hire him however; when the contractor that I did hire decided to cancel the morning of the scheduled work date I called Don. He was very helpful and was able to get a contractor to my location within 3 hours. The work was completed that day and it looked great! The contractor, Scott, was very professional. Cleaned up after himself and was very respectful of working in my home. I can not say how grateful I am that Don was able to step in at such short notice and have the job done. Thank you!
Dulin was excellent and the best I have ever experienced. It started with an immediate response which showed they were interested in performing the job. There was no response from all the other cleaning companies that received the opportunity. Lori and Tim came on time and are nice and authentic people to begin with. I first walked them through the house to explain my needs after which they did an excellent job. They were thorough and detailed and didn't miss anything but a couple of minor spots which they immediately took care of without hesitation. They showed real interest in making sure I was satisfied as they are passionate and want to take care of their customers. Don't hesitate to hire them as they are good people and care.

When we decided to have our master bathroom remodeled, we met with four uninspiring designers before happening onto the Labra Design+Build web site. We met with the owner, Rufino Labra, who really listened to our design wishes and personal taste, and within a few days came up with two impressive design options (in 3D!) We were excited about both options and after talking further with Rufino knew for sure that we wanted him and his company to handle our remodel. Throughout both the planning and remodeling, Rufino was patient, accommodating, and always accessible getting back to us the same or next day with answers to our questions, concerns and change requests. He kept us apprised of the progress letting us know when task were scheduled to start and be completed, plus he always made sure that we were completely happy with every decision. When Rufino and/ or his crew needed to work late, they were always respectful of our plans. Rufino and his crew took great care of our home protecting our floors and minimizing tracking. At the end of each day drop cloths were removed and everything was kept as clean and organized as possible. All debris was hauled away the same day (no dumpster on our property and no rubbish in our yard or garage!) We absolutely could not be more pleased with the results, from the more functional configuration, the large curbless shower and custom cabinets, to all the materials installed and the soothing paint colors Rufino selected to blend with our monochromatic style. The workmanship is outstanding (first rate). Now, our master bathroom is beautiful with lots of storage, and we love, love, love everything about it! Thanks to Rufino and his amazing crew, especially Abe who worked on our project daily, the whole process was a pleasant experience and the remodel was started and completed within the timeline constraints.
After my husband passed away, I spent 6 months piling everything up on whatever counter and table space I could find. I did not have the energy to do anything more. When I finally started to feel human again, I was overwhelmed. I had a hard time going through the house and getting everything in order. I can only work on it for a couple of hours at a time because it is mentally draining for me. I hired Wanda and I am so glad I did. She is completely understanding. She comes over on the days that I am available. She works at my pace and is always asking if I am ok to keep going. Not only is she wonderful at organizing, she is a wonderful person.
