I highly recommend Ruth, she is an awesome trainer. Very knowledgeable, and encouraging. Her workouts were fun, safe, and effective, which made me want to continue training. As a busy working professional, her home visits were a lifesaver!! My overall health has greatly improved . This has resulted in an increase in strength and energy. Hiring her will definitely leave you happier and healthier.
5 years ago, weighing in at 378lbs, and a lack of motivation/ determination to do anything I decided to take my life back. The one constant thing in all this has been my personal trainer/ life coach Pete Haugabook. His unique meal plans, unmatched knowledge to weight lifting/ nutrition, and his ability to motivate makes him the best at what he does. To me, hes not a trainer, hes a friend. His meal plans wont break the bank, and are extremely manageable. With his help, I have lost over 100lbs and have made fitness not only a routine, but a way of life.. Pete literally saved my life, and for that, I will always be grateful!

Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.

Michelle is amazing!! Working with Michelle over several months, I was able to lose 60lbs. When I first started I could barely do a push up but with Michelle's direction, I was flipping tractor tires in no time! She really gets to know you and helps you set realistic goals. Travis at FissionFit has been a game changer for my health and fitness goals for just over 2 years now. He has helped me become physically and mentally strong and healthy through proper nutrition and exercise after having my first child, then again while pregnant with our 2nd child and now once again as I recover from surgery from our 2nd child. I am doing things now that I never thought I could do, like Spin class throughout my pregnancy and even on my due date with baby #2. I have seen such a shift in how my recovery is for the 2nd child, being fit in between and during the 2nd pregnancy. Connie has been a terrific coach. I've been working out with her consistently twice a week since June 2, 2017. She is completely reliable and punctual. Also always friendly and upbeat without being intrusive. She is supportive, nonjudgmental, and responsive to my physical status. She is eager to provide the specific type of training and any particular accommodations that I may need. In terms of the training itself, she has a huge repertoire and is always mixing it up to keep things fresh and keep my muscles working their hardest. Her knowledge is impressive. I recommend her most highly!

Ben is an incredible chef, personal trainer and health coach. I've been working with Ben for over a year and can say I've not felt this physically good in years. Each meal he makes is superb and the workout he plans are fun (and tough!)
I'm not sure where to begin. Melissa is not only an amazing person, but an amazing Life Coach. I originally began going to Melissa with hopes to gain some confidence and reduce my symptoms of anxiety. Not only did she provide me with the tools to live an anxiety-free life, but she helped guide me and coach me without judgement, even if I struggled. Melissa influenced me personally to look up to her as a role model. I struggled with an anxiety disorder that led to low self-esteem and restrictive eating behaviors, which made me both mentally and physically ill. Due to our similar pasts, Melissa and I were able to connect on a more personal level, which helped to heal my symptoms of anxiety. Within a few months, I am now proud to say that I live life to the fullest, and I no longer worry about the things that I cannot control. I finally feel beautiful, both inside and out. I'm proud of my struggle for making me who I am today. Melissa offers no judgment and provides only a genuine interest and concern. I'm so very thankful to have this opportunity to work with her.

She's highly knowledgeable when it comes to muscles, their connections and functions, and how to target specific muscle groups and the entire body effectively, which contributes well to her being an excellent trainer and health coach. Plus, she's attentive and genuinely interested in her clients' health and progress toward their goals.
Nicole is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. She is invested in each of her clients and considers their success her success. She pushes you to do your personal best while providing the motivation necessary to stay consistent. She provides mentoring/coaching not only for your fitness regimen, but customizes a "diet" plan that works best for you. I have worked with many trainers but was never completely pleased with my results until I met Nicole, with her motivation and guidance I have been able to lose weight and keep it off.
