Ilaena L. says, "The ladies who came to clean my home arrived later than they were supposed to. I specifically asked for a deep clean on my first floor FLOORS and Bathroom only, the baseboards and to dust the master bedroom ceiling fan. The floors and bathroom were not deep cleaned at all. The job should have been no more than $160 tops and I paid $220 for a partial cleaning. I already contacted the company and I am waiting for a refund or a re-clean as this is unexceptable. I hope the manager or owner resolves this, I will happily update and change my review if steps are taken to resolve this issue promptly. I have updated the review to 4 stars, the manager or whomever I spoke to handled the issue of my floors and bathroom not being done promptly. They came out immediately to fix the issue. Both cleaners were nice and re-did the job properly. I am leaving my review at 4 stars in place of 5 because I had to go through all of this in the first place."See more

Id trust Lockwood for various handyman jobs. Had what i thought was a simple toilet install turn into a series of unfortunate plumbing mistakes (done during the remodel of the house, not by lockwood). Lockwood worked long and hard to try to find a way around the issues, when he was not able to overcome the mess he was given we settled on a fair price for the hours of labor. It ended up being an extensive job for a plumber, but if it was not for Lockwoods work i would not have been able to diagnose the issue.
