I will never forget all the help I received. I worked with the firm for 3 to 4 years. I was absolutely at my wits end in trying to figure out my QuickBooks accounting /bookkeeping for my marina. We were a very small business and I just couldn't find an affordable accounting firm. I had one bookkeeper come in and in one weeks time she had literally deleted a section of my books....and she cost me $1000! After that I was certainly shell shocked. Then I was so lucky to find a firm that did all the fixing each time I was pulling my hair out trying to figure something out. The price was so reasonable and so much cheaper than any other place I had looked for. Although I knew the basic bookkeeping there were many accounts that were extremely complicated. That included her spending many hours on the phone waiting to get in contact with the correct agent, along with trying to chasing down needed phone numbers. The IRS is not very helpful when they have your feet to the fire. They are only interested in how much money that they can pile up in penalties, fees, and interest. It appears that their mission is to cause you as much stress as possible so that you will give up your fight and pay whatever they decide you owe them, even if you dont owe them all the money that they claim. I would never have been able work my way thru the system and get everything straightened out without all of Krassys hard work, support, and dedication. Even when faced with roadblocks and setbacks thrown at us, her determination to get these problems resolved was gratifying. I truly feel fortunate to have had her in my corner fighting for me. Often during our appointments, I walked out of the office with more hope that this was going to be resolved better than I expected than when I arrived.
