Michael Jay helped me pull together a great food menu for our employee appreciation meeting held our job site in Redford, MI. I presented this need for him to cater the meeting on a last minute basis and he delivered over and beyond what I expected of him. He provided me with a full catering menu and he also provided excellent advice as to how to set up for this occasion. When he came to the company to deliver the food he was very prepared and well organized. Michael did what I expected him to do and that was make me look good in front of our CEO and employees. Wow, from the moment I talked with Nichole, things just felt right. When she arrived to cater our Mothers day brunch, she was so warm welcoming and make for such a great and relaxing environment. She also worked with 5 children to help them take part and teach and help them make the food. Again amazing, the food was all fresh and all very good. I highly recommend Nichole and "Its just food" we will definitely have her back.

When planning our wedding at The Redford Theatre, we were looking for a local catering company to help us out. Joe's Produce is within walking distance of us. We scheduled an appointment and spoke to Laura who reviewed all of our options. We liked the variety of options that they had for food as well as being able to choose our options for beer, cider, and wine. I will say that Laura probably needs an assistant because she is a very busy person, but the day of the event she handled everything very well. Our guests very much enjoyed the event. Additionally, she saved us some appetizers, to make sure we had some food to eat as we were very busy at our strolling reception. I would recommend Joe's for any occasion as they also helped with some high top tables that we used at the receptions too.

Serving staff, sales tax, &rental equipment is an additional charge. Depending on the requirements of your event, will determine these charges. Deposit& payments: Depending on what type of event you are planning will determine your deposit& payment options. Deposits start at $150 or 25% of your total bill whichever is the greater amount. Example: If you book us for an event that's 6 months from now, a deposit is required to hold your date, 3 months from your event half of total cost is due, a week before your event total final cost is due.
