Ruth is a very friendly, knowledgeable personal trainer. I like the idea she has competed before. Very fortunate that we live in the same city and she'll come to the house to train at a very reasonable rate. Even got my roommate and mom to workout with her too!
I've been going to Al since November (About 7 months now). I was previously a collegiate athlete and lost my passion for exercise because being fit had always come natural to me. I put on some weight, but never felt the need or desire to workout. I was nervous about going to a personal trainer, but my sister convinced me that Al was great--Let's just say my sister was completely right! I now go to Al about 2-4 times a week. I've lost weight and gained muscle. I have never looked forward to working out like I do now. As much as I know it is hard work, I feel amazing after!! Al creates unique workouts for every session, he will push you to achieve, and makes you feel proud of what you accomplish. He looks out for his clients and wants them to do their best all the time. Part of this review not only goes out to Al, but also to the group of people that he trains. There is absolutely NO judgement, you feel supported by everyone around you! All people are helpful, nice, and want you to do your best (just like Al). Since going to Al, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have felt since I was a college athlete. Al makes fitness affordable and makes things possible for people to achieve!
I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer.

Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.

Michelle is an awesome personal trainer!! She really cares about helping you obtain your goals. Michelle will personalize workouts just for you. Even help you come up with ideas for healthy meals. She is a true personal trainer, very diligent in monitoring your weekly progress. Weather it be what your eating or how your own workouts are going. She really helps motivate me throughout the week and during our sessions to do my best.
So, you're looking for a personal trainer and are wondering if PHIIT training is for you. Well, speaking for myself and the results that I have achieved with Chris - I would say yes! If you are serious about staying fit and healthy you can not pick a better place to do so than PHIIT Training Studio. I have been working out with Chris at another location for about 2 years, and was very excited for him to start out on his own. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises (KB, TRX, weight lifting etc). I ALWAYS get a great work-out, and if I present with an injury (I am no longer 35!) we modify the exercises to accommodate and he always sends me home with a couple of ideas to help at home. Chris is easy to work with, he has lots of ideas to help keep you on your fitness path. I am very happy here and will continue to work out here.
Gus is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable personal trainer. I was a complete beginner in the gym and he was super patient with me and ensured we worked at a pace that was comfortable for me, but still ensuring we make progress. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable and he'll work with everyone on their budget. I highly reccomend hiring Gus if you are serious about getting in shape, learning about nutrition, and want to work with someone who understands what it's like to have been a beginner!
Travis is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He's professional & motivating. He's also extremely affordable and works with your situation at all times! He customizes your plan and workout to what fits your needs. I'll take his nutritional advice with me forever! You will not be disappointed.
I like to workout pretty early in the morning, between 5 and 6am. When Connie was my personal trainer, she was always accomodating to my schedule and she made working out fun and challenging. I also took her Kickboxing class, she is a great teacher!
I liked that my trainer encouraged me to do more than I thought I could do. He listened to my concerns and helped me with my challenges. It was a good experience for me.
Working with Jake as a trainer has been the best experience of my life! He is so motivating professional and he keeps you on target. If I could gave Trainer Michael 10 stars I would but you only have 5 stars on here. I started Training in 2017 I currently lost 46 pounds couldn't have done it without his help. Michael is great at his job, he listens to you, he wants you to feel good about yourself he is very encouraging and motivates you every step of the way! I am sure there is good trainers out there but if you want to best hire Michael at Stunner Elite Training!!
Ben is an incredible chef, personal trainer and health coach. I've been working with Ben for over a year and can say I've not felt this physically good in years. Each meal he makes is superb and the workout he plans are fun (and tough!)
I have worked with multiple personal trainers over the years. Amanda is hands down the best. She is always going above and beyond for her clients. I have struggled for a few years to get motivated to get back on track in the gym and with a healthy lifestyle. Amanda seems to be able to read just how much to push you to get you going and keep you there. Very personable, timely and quick to return calls and emails. I would recommend her to anyone.
