Training with Jason is great! He pushes you to your limit and makes workouts fun. I was able to define muscles in my upper body that I didn't know I even had! He's also extremely affordable. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for one on one training!

Amanda is such an amazing, supportive, and smart trainer! She goes above and beyond for her clients, making them not just see results while they are training with her but also giving them the tools to build a workout program and continue working out on days she isn't training with them. She offers nutritional advise, caters to your dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian) and is a great motivator. Beyond that, she also is always seeking to improve herself and is learning new training techniques, which translates directly to her clients training. Wouldn't train with anybody else! She's the best :)

Boo's Fitness Together facility in Novi, MIchigan is exceptional. The workout environment is clean, friendly, and inviting. I have had other personal trainers in the past and non of them encouraged me and pushed me to my limits like Boo's facility. The workouts are progressional and best of all they are truly trailered to your individual needs. I recommend this facility to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Carlos and Lauren are the real deal! What an amazing combo of fitness knowledge and training. They practice what they preach and I not only got a fair price, I got in the best shape of my life. I hired Body by Design once before and just hired them again. I wanted to lose some weight & complete the Tough Mudder event. Keegan & kathleen took me througj some real tough routines and were so encouraging when I needed them to be. They even participated in the event with me to show their support. What I like best is that they train anywhere which is so very convienent. They even did some sessions with my mom & my sister who were very happy as well. I look forward to my next round of results with them & would recomend Body by Design to anyone!
Hello, Travis Kelly, I have to say is an amazing instructor, motivator and support system. At one point in my life I was 110 pounds over weight. I had lost about 40 of it but hit a wall. I talked to Travis about it and he gave me really helpful tips to healthier lifestyle. I took his boot camp classes and really started seeing the results I was looking for. I decided I wanted to start running and, with his advice I was able to to complete a 5K and he ran along side us and was there at the finish line to support all who ran. Since then I have run multiple races to include a half marathon and I completed it in under 2 hours. He was always willing to provide extra instruction to make sure that the exercises were being executed properly to avoid injury, and offered modified versions as well. He educated me on how to live better. He took pride in helping me and I know he truly cared about my success. It's been several years since I first went to see him, I was a size 12-14 and weighed nearly 200 pounds. Now I am a size 2 and I weight 127. I am so grateful for the knowledge he has passed on to me. It was NEVER easy, and he NEVER sugar coated anything. He gave it to you straight, which is hard to find. Travis Kelly has a gift and I am so grateful he took the time to share it with me. I have taken a few classes and really enjoyed it! Mike offered a teen athlete program this summer and my 15 yr old daughter absolutely love it. She has really toned up and has so much definition in the entire body I was just amazed. She was addicted. Twy fit is a great place to work out and I plan on taking more classes. Going to try boot camp tonight!

I've been a gym go'er all of my life so I figured I've been down just about every road possible. Well I was sure in for a surprise when I started with Energized Performace and found that there were so many things we could do differently. They took a very personalized approach to my physical issues I was having and tailored workouts to accomplish my goals and improve the issues at the same time. I was nervous at first to attend boot camp because I never did anything like this before. I was very impressed with how welcome and comfortable they made me feel. From the registration process til the last day of boot camp I was very happy. I decided to try another boot camp from a deal I got from Groupon...huge mistake...what a joke! I definitly will be signing back up to Michigan's Adventure Boot Camp. I lost 11 inches in 4 weeks and had more fun than I ever expected. I cant wait to go back!! Thumbs up all the way! I have been with weapons 4 weight loss sense the owner and trainer Mr. Nick Lopez opened. I enjoy the boot camp expirrence , the trainers are knowledgeable, expirrenced trainers who work withyou and encourage you at all fitness levels. I highly recommend weapons 4 weight loss boot camp. And have refered several people, whom also found the trainers and boot camp to be a helpful and. Enjoyable expierence. It is a pay by monthly boot camp and I have never had any problems with membership fees / charges In fact I find weapons 4 weight loss to be fair in the pricing
I have been a member at Anytime Fitness for approx. 4 years now and have watched Dave Laycock work with numerous clients and virtually saw them transform before my eyes. When my daughter got engaged and wasnt happy with her appearance and worried about how she would look in her gown, we went to Dave for his advice and expertise. My daughter started working with Dave and his Wedding Dress Boot Camp faithfully following his advise (i.e., workout plans, eating plan etc.) and four months later WOW she is a changed women and ecstatic about putting on her gown and walking down that isle with beauty and great pride of her accomplishments. My daughter is still working with Dave but Dave has added to the Wedding Dress Boot Camp. Once a week I and her bridal party have started working with Dave doing the Bridal Boot Camp. Even though the workout is challenging; it is so much fun and a great time for the bridal party to bond. He has thought us how to properly use equipment while targeting all the different mussel groups in our body. Dave has not only shown us exercises to do at the gym but how to incorporate exercises that we can do at home anytime and anyplace and at no cost. When Dave says he is a full service trainer, he means it and he always goes above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of all his clients and members of the gym. I look forward to walking down the aisle at my daughters wedding looking fit and trim in my Mother of the Bride dress as well. THANKS DAVE we couldnt have done it without you!
Troy is an excellent trainer. He's incredibly knowledgeable in his field and genuinely cares about his clients' health and exercise goals. His boot camps and one-on-one sessions are always different, so you'll never get bored. His approach is creative and flexible.
