Initially, I was skeptical about "distance coaching". How could someone in another state, that I'd never met, be my fitness coach? But it works. Getting the benefits of working with a professional trainer, on MY schedule, has been invaluable for me. Through the use of videos, Skype, emails, My Fitness Pal and texts, Brian and I have kept in close contact and have worked together successfully for several months now. He's been able to correct my form to make certain movements more effective, offer nutritional advice and continue to make the process fun and engaging. Brian took the time to find out what my goals are, what my challenges are, how many days I have to devote to training, what equipment is available to me, etc. It's never felt like One Size Fits All; everything has always been geared specifically towards me and what I'm trying to accomplish. Knowing there is still an accountability factor is important for me. Regular check ins are a key to making sure that I'm still on track and that any questions or concerns either of us has have are addressed.
I love personal training on G Force Fitness. The trainers are awesome and listen to your goals. They make the workouts fun and hard at the same time.
I have been a Hurricane Fitness personal training client for about 6 weeks and am thrilled with my workout sessions and results. Caitlin is flexible with my schedule, always on time and ready to go to work! The workout sessions are varied so I am always challenged with consistent focus on core, overall strength building, toning and calorie burn. I've lost 12 pounds, 6 inches and my energy level is greatly improved. Caitlin provides additional "homework" session details and motivational messages via text in between sessions to keep me on track. I have trained with 3 different trainers but Jenna is the BEST by far. Ino the last 9 months since I started working out with her I have seen huge changes in the amount of muscle I have. She gives me homework to do on my days that I am not training with her. She coaches me on how to eat well. She goes above and beyond for all her clients, all while making it fun. She's awesome!!

Since April 2014, Chalene has been helping me to get back into exercising after having recovered from a broken wrist and a broken shoulder. She's very careful and watchful to make sure that I don't re-injure myself.
