I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer to help you get in shape, he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to proper form and how to do exercises as well."See more

He also consistently provides incredibly useful advice for maintaining proper form during the many workouts you’ll do (something I need because I personally have abysmal form). He is both a great listener and communicator. I have only just begun my training, but I am looking forward to continuing onward to better my health."See more

She easily adapts my workouts to whatever my current level of function is and she can change an exercise on the fly if I am experiencing pain. She really understands how the body works and how to tailor exercises when the body has dysfunction. In addition, she is warm and kind and operates from the highest level of professionalism.
