I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer.
David is excellent at his job. I hired David in September 2014 after the birth of my daughter. He helped me to lose the stubborn baby weight. I continued to train with him through my second pregnancy and now after the birth of my son, David is once again helping me to shed the baby weight. He is a wonderful trainer who is professional and fun to be around. I highly recommend his services.

Best personal trainer I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and professional. Lost 45 lbs and toned everything working with Ryan. Felt very safe performing exercises under his guidance and instruction. You owe it to yourself to try him.
I worked out with Michelle for years at Chicago Women's Fitness. I was never in such high great shape and always kept me motivated to do my best. She's a great trainer and although I'm sad to see her leave Chicago I'm sure she will be great for the women in Michigan!

The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. I was impressed that he does not only train you physically, to your unique strengths and weaknesses, but for your nutrtion and mental well being also. Great trainer, uses very unique excercies and equipment which you don’t get out of traditional trainers and workout tapes. Myself being a tennis player, Tay was very capable of crafting workouts designed to directly help my game. Would recommend.
Agnes is an amazing person and trainer. I like that she really seems to care and adjust your workouts for your own personal level of fitness. I have much to lose, but I really feel good and motivated every time- after a workout, and it gets me through the day. I would highly recommend her.

Over the past few months, Jake has truly helped me gain control of my life again. I have always had such a bad relationship with food and he helped change that. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and he used his knowledge to tailor a program just for me. We worked together for two weeks trying new things to figure out what worked best for me. I am now healthier than ever and have a better relationship with food. I have also trained at the gym with Jake and have learned to really test my limits. Jake pushed me every day to push my limits a little each day and I have reached new personal records with my weight lifting. Overall AWESOME experience training with him and continue to do so!
My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. We have been able to see a noticeable difference in the short time we have been working out with Kyle. We would highly recommend Coach Kyle and the Fitt Factory.
