She scheduled events too close together, got caught in traffic and came very late to our house. Guest had already arrived and it was very uncomfortable & nerve wrecking for the host.

Thank you Doris for your review and we certainly understand why you rated us this way. We aim to please each client and show up for events on time. We always leave 30 minutes to an hour open to travel between events depending on the area the events are held in. Unfortunately, during this time there was a car accident that didn’t allow us to rush through traffic. We did try to mitigate this inconvenience by offering a few options. While you choose for us to attend and complete set-up we hope that you at least enjoyed your balloon set-up and the extra balloons left for the children.

Worst experience ever (stay away), I hired her to do balloon decoration for my son’s first birthday party. At first everything seemed okay until the day of the even we get a text from here that she Is running few hours late but her team will be there to do all the decoration. Her team arrived to the venue 4 hours before the event and was able to complete just the arch (my order included 8 balloon centerpieces, 2 columns, and balloons for kids to play) I asked her team if everything will be ready for the party and they said it’s not going to be an issue because we have 4 hours. When we go back right before the even and see that nothing was done (except the arch) and asked them what happened, their excuse was there was not enough room in the table to put the centerpieces (LMAO). How about the columns? How about balloons for the kids to play? When I contacted her the next day and asked her for full refund she agreed for it but its been 2 weeks now and i haven’t heard back from her. it’s time to call my credit card company and sue her.

We have basic pricing for some items. Additional add ons and custom work is available for an extra cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Once we have made contact, we collect more information about your event and needs. 2. Should you chose to hire us we will go over the deposit options and contract information. 3. One week prior to your event we will reach out to you to confirm all the details for the day of your event.
