- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have basic pricing for some items. Additional add ons and custom work is available for an extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Once we have made contact, we collect more information about your event and needs. 2. Should you chose to hire us we will go over the deposit options and contract information. 3. One week prior to your event we will reach out to you to confirm all the details for the day of your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
