"I really liked the idea of a local gym that offers both personal training and fitness classes. The classes have been awesome with my favorite being the Kickboot class. Both Mike and Ally have taught the class each adding their own spin but both leaving me feeling like I actually accomplished something. I also liked that they modified exercises to meet my fitness level. The trainers and instructors at Twy-fit have all been friendly, positive and encouraging; it was an overall great experience."

"Agnes is an amazing person and trainer. I like that she really seems to care and adjust your workouts for your own personal level of fitness. I have much to lose, but I really feel good and motivated every time- after a workout, and it gets me through the day. I would highly recommend her."

"Adrienne McDonald has been my trainer for a while now, and I have to say that she is by far the best trainer I have worked with. I’ve never really felt comfortable with most trainers, but Adrienne always makes me feel like she has my best interests and training success as her priorities. I always feel like she cares, but she also drives me to do my personal best. Another thing that sets her apart is her attention to proper form in each training situation. I have learned so much from her, and I highly recommend her for her skills, her wisdom and the results that she produces. I feel blessed to be able to work with her."

"Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy. "

"I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer. "

"I followed Lindsay from LA Fitness. I have had trainers in the past and she is the BEST ever. She is concerned about any specific areas of your body that you have or have had problems with. She will address it with the right exercise so as to not reinjure. She really does care about you. If you are also trying to lose weight she can help. When I first started working out with Lindsay I told her I was trying to lose weight. I would lose a couple of pounds and then gain. I was on a weight watchers for quite awhile and for whatever reason only lost 25 and then I stayed there and I really needed to lose a lot more but didn't. So Lindsay had a heart to heart conversation with me and said I needed to make a decision to really lose weight and really commit to do something about it. For me I ended up going to a nutritionist and put a plan together and believe it or not It has worked for me. So far I have lost 46 lbs and I feel so much better and really like working out now ! Lindsay has been very supportive. Lindsay make working out fun. She doesn't do the same exercise over and over so you don't get bored. Once you master and exercise she will make some new challenges for you. All good. She is the best ! "
