I am 36 and never had an issue with maintaining my weight or being active in the past and always worked out on my own. In 2013, my right hip started to give me a lot of pain and I was losing flexibility very quickly. I found out I had osteoarthritis in both hips. I decided to quit smoking and gained about 25 lbs. I was slowly becoming depressed due to the weight gain and hip pain. I tried yoga, pilates, other trainers, etc.... I could not lose the weight. I decided in June of 2016 to have my hip replaced and I wanted to be strong for my recovery. I found Health Targeted Solutions in July 2016 and I am so happy I did! I worked out regularly between July and Feb. Not only did I meet an amazing group of people that I now consider friends, I am coming up on 6 weeks since I had my hip replaced and know my quick recovery is because of Health Targeted Solutions. Al helped me strengthen my core, legs, and arms to prepare for this major surgery and Sue helped me learn how to eat correctly without starving myself. I cannot wait to go back and start training again with my new hip and watch my body transform even more than it already has. I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.

Gus is an excellent trainer and coach. He is very knowledgeable about the body, detailed in explanations, fun and professional. Workout plan is taylored to your specific needs according to your goals. Your time with him is not divided with another client but you have his full attention during your scheduled time. He is easy to contact outside of training should you have any questions. I have been training with Gus for 2 weeks and have noticed a change in my stamina, strength and body. I leave every workout tired but pumped and ready for the next appointment!!
The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. I was impressed that he does not only train you physically, to your unique strengths and weaknesses, but for your nutrtion and mental well being also. Travis's overall sincerity and interest in your results is over and above any fitness facility I have gone to.
I like to workout pretty early in the morning, between 5 and 6am. When Connie was my personal trainer, she was always accomodating to my schedule and she made working out fun and challenging. I also took her Kickboxing class, she is a great teacher!
The guidance from Agnes was just what I needed. Up until that point I had been suffering from severe back pain down by the tailbone and also felt an overall tension in my neck and shoulders. I tried various exercising programs but I didn't feel any difference or improvement. Since meeting Agnes it's the first time I've ever enjoyed training. She introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising my back which I can practice in my own time too. After just 1 month sessions I was amazed to feel the difference. Beyond this Agnes is very understanding and encouraging. I feel that it is her personal goal to see me getting stronger by adding so much passion of her own to our training sessions. She completely knows what she's doing! I have no hesitations in recommending her to my friends and colleagues!

Jake does a great job working with your strengths and weaknesses to make your work out doable but still challenging. He is very patient and helpful when teaching and training. Highly recommend!
Tay is the best personal trainer that I have ever hired! She is very professional and knows her stuff. Our workouts are not only challenging, but so much fun! Each day she customizes a different workout to my body type and fitness level, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Eating healthy and working out with her have now become staples in my weekly schedule. She even has solutions for eating healthier and exercises that you can easily do on your own when you’re not training with her. I couldn’t imagine working out with any other trainer!
My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. We have been able to see a noticeable difference in the short time we have been working out with Kyle. We would highly recommend Coach Kyle and the Fitt Factory.
If I could gave Trainer Michael 10 stars I would but you only have 5 stars on here. I started Training in 2017 I currently lost 46 pounds couldn't have done it without his help. Michael is great at his job, he listens to you, he wants you to feel good about yourself he is very encouraging and motivates you every step of the way! I am sure there is good trainers out there but if you want to best hire Michael at Stunner Elite Training!!
I hired Ben when I was working on getting healthy. I had been working on dropping 60lbs and with his help on diet I was successful. Ben, with his fitness training prepared healthy and delicious foods. He really worked with me with each menu to make great dishes. Bravo Ben!!
Amanda is such an amazing, supportive, and smart trainer! She goes above and beyond for her clients, making them not just see results while they are training with her but also giving them the tools to build a workout program and continue working out on days she isn't training with them. She offers nutritional advise, caters to your dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian) and is a great motivator. Beyond that, she also is always seeking to improve herself and is learning new training techniques, which translates directly to her clients training. Wouldn't train with anybody else! She's the best :)
Scott is a great trainer. He is responsive to his clients needs and abilities and adjusts workouts accordingly to maximize the benefits. He always watches form and corrects where needed. I like that he starts a workout with mobility training to loosen you up. He's also very easy to talk to. I've enjoyed all of his workouts!
Very reputable trainer. He has a lot of knowledge to be able to help with different types of training and even dieting. Is easy to work with and also has a good personality. Pushes you but not anything to extreme or over board. I highly recommend him.
Have worked with Ken and KJM for 4 years. I have been very satisfied with everything. Whether it was nutrition, cardio training or strength training Ken has been excellent !!!!
