I offer Remote Online Notary Services (RON). This process was adopted in 2019 and works like having a “zoom” meeting where you either place (click) your signature on the document or you verbally tell me that you wish to sign the document and I authorize it. Once you have done either of those, I will then seal and protect the file so that no changes can be made to it. Any document that can be put into pdf can be used. Vehicle titles have options. I cannot do documents which require an original signature or have custom forms that must be signed. Loan documents can be performed, so long as the title/escrow & bank approve electronic signatures. I can perform this notarization NO MATTER WHERE THE SIGNING PARTY IS LOCATED. This means you can be in Japan, or Mexico and sign this document with me. Witnesses can be added as well, without concern to their physical location. We have options for those that are not technically advanced or have issues with dexterity. Once in the “zoom” meeting, I can accept verbal ques to sign the documents. We specialize in tough situations where a Notary cannot be admitted (Examples: Prison, Hospitals, Hospice, and those that are disabled). Each person signing (and witnesses) will need to have: Identification (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID, Prison ID, etc) Access to an email address A Cellphone/Tablet/Computer that has a Camera & Microphone. Once in the meeting it should take less than 10 mins. Please be ready at the time of your appointment, which means feel free to click the link in the email ahead of time and get to the point where you see yourself on camera. You can see a video of how this works in the photos section of this ad. I have targeted ads turned on, this means when you place an ad it will charge me. I kindly ask if you are not interested in this type of service to reply with “NO THANK YOU”. This will allow me to obtain a credit for this notification. I am a small business, and these charges add up. For that I thank you! Please contact me if you have any questions about this process! I look forward to working with you!See more

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

Can a notary come to you?

While some notaries work entirely in an office, a notary can also come to you if they offer mobile services. These notaries may charge a higher fee than those with brick-and-mortar businesses because they have to charge for driving time and may offer emergency pricing for customers who need signatures urgently.

Where can I find a notary?

You can find a notary in your area by searching for them online, where you can compare several pros’ ratings and reviews. Read customer reviews to get an impression of their reputation, and decide if you need a mobile notary (someone who comes to you).

Make sure that whoever you choose to work with can display the proper credentials in your state, and finish your search by contacting several notaries and requesting price quotes.
