Only 3 weeks into the training. Very professional. Tough but great motivator. Contract is very specific and clear. Works with you and your goals. Great suggestions and the exercises are those that you can (should be) do (ing) at home.

Mark is the best trainer in the world!!! After my first session with him I quickly realized that his method was different. My first half-hour session I could barely move or walk. But I knew that he had pushed me really hard, and that I would see the results I had been struggling to get. I signed with Mark that same day, and I couldn't have be happier. I also got my brother to go with me and sign up.

Mark is the best! He has motivated me more then any other trainer or person in general I have met! He really takes in considersation what's best for you and is always there when you need a shoulder to lean on! not only is he a great trainer, he's a great person!! He pushes me past my limits every session, I've grown a lot since starting with him! I highly recommend him to everyone.

We prefer to discuss pricing during your free initial consultation. We have a few options that will fit into your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up initial consultation to discuss goals and history 2. Try out a workout with one of our trainers to see if we're a fit 3. Sign up, make progress and surpass goals with our help!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always researching new and innovative workouts, so that I have more workouts in my toolbox. This way I am able to constantly change things up, so my clients do not get bored and their muscles are constantly challenged to get the best results. I'm currently certified in the following: Personal Training Fitness Nutrition TRX Most, importantly, I have years and years of practical experience.
