My event was a family gathering for an outdoor BBQ for about 60 - 70 people. Patsey assisted me with the party arrangements and was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and also provided helpful suggestions to make my event a success. I originally contacted Cocktails N Dreams for a photo booth but added additional services (Bartender, servers, and a snow cone machine). The staff arrived on time, they were all extremely polite, very professional and made everything run smoothly. I did have a few concerns with Cocktails N Dreams . When I originally contacted them in July to book my August event Patsey completed my contract agreement and said she would email me with the contract the next day. But, a week later I had to call for the contract. It still took an additional week and another call back to receive the contract. I spoke with Kelly and she apologized & explained they had an annual event to complete and would send the contract right away. I almost cancelled but realized I din't have enough time to find a new vendor. Another concern was a discrepancy with the cost of the photo boot. Kelly sent me a quote for $300 for 3 hrs which I accepted but when Patsey called to confirm the contract she said it was for 2 and 1/2 hours. I told her we agreed on 3 hrs & she said no problem.My final concern was the rental of the snow cone machine; Patsey called me the day before my event to ask what time did I want to pick up the snow cone machine. I was never advised that I was responsible for picking it up. I told her I was too busy. She said it could be delivered for an additional $25 and I said I should cancel it. So, she decided to ask the bartender to bring it with him. This should have been discussed when the original plans were made. Customers need to known up front what they are responsible for. They should never receive a last minute notice.
Darlene and Oceanique Catering have been incredible over the last year as we have been planning our wedding. She's so quick to respond and more than accommodating with everything you need. Part of the reason I selected Oceanique Catering was based off of the reviews I read. I can see now why Oceanique Catering came so highly recommended and I haven’t regretted my decision one bit. Darlene has come out to my house multiple times, first for the initial food tasting (which was incredible). The 2nd time we focused more on table linens and this last time was all about the bar. I think that was my favorite and it wasn't easy selecting our signature drink (everything tasted so good). My wedding will be at a Community Center and we are responsible for taking care of every little wedding detail. Darlene has really helped alleviate my stress by including the table set up and breakdown in with her services. She even helped with some of my rentals too. It's been so nice having Darlene take care of these details and I know that my wedding will go smoothly with her there.
What an amazing team! Trading Faces really went above and beyond for our event. We didn't know whether we would have a huge crowd or very few attendees, and the Trading Faces crew was so very well prepared and stayed until the very last family left with smiles and beautiful characters on their faces and balloons in their hands!
Cathy catered our daughters graduation party and everything was perfect! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. There is only an option to give a rating of 5 stars but we would give her 10 stars if we could. Her professionalism, attention to detail and culinary skills are exceptional. She made our day a stress free and memorable one. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.
Me and my wife enjoyed our party we had the greatest party planner they were loving they were Caring and went above and beyond our expectations they truly are a blessing to have them plann your event they planned it like it's their own and we highly highly recommend this company we gave them five stars. Meeka and her staff handled our holiday event fabulously. Her expertise allowed me to enjoy our event without worrying about setup, decorations, food or cleanup. The food was delicious, the correct temperature throughout the event and of sufficient quantity. We received many compliments from our guests. She also added some special touches to make the event unique to us. I would certainly use her again for any type of event. This is the first time that I have used an event planner for a family event and it was so easy. You can definitely leave it all up to Meeka!
Omg!!! I can't explain how much I am pleased with the service provided by the team at Monumental Heights. If I could attach photos I would so I could show how much detail and time they spent in making sure everything was to my liking. My rep Trisha stayed in contact with me every step of the way and even threw in a couple of extra freebies which wasn't a part of the service I initially paid for. Thanks to their team my event was a huge success and I will definitely use them in the future.
