I waited a while to write this review. I simply love working with Pete. He's knowledgeable, professional, personable. He's a smart motivator, and somehow, even when I am not feeling my best to work out, when I train with him, I forget about it. There is also one quality not to overlook: he's super punctual, or communicates, and very reliable (this kind of reliability on a consistent basis i find rare). He's great whether you want to get in shape, take it to the higher level, or just have a smart trainer and fitness partner to give you extra help. I needed a specific help when I turned to Pete, and I am seeing the results and looking forward to more.
Al and Sue have really taken me to the next level as a competitive athlete. I have been working with them for over 2 years now, and I have never been in this good of shape! Great tailored workouts, perfect training times, and very afforadably priced. A great, positive training atmosphere, and I would recommend gym goers of all ages and skill to get in with them. You will not be disappointed!
I met Sensei Jeff Mason 35 some years ago when we were both green belts in Koei Kan Karate in Drayton Plains. It was obvious he was the cream of the crop regarding razor sharp technique, fighting ability and being able to teach what he had learned in a way that made sense to anyone. Sensei took me under his wing and opened up my eyes to what it means to not just participate but to excel. He would teach from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM and then he organized supplemental weight lifting at his house for those of us that still had something left. Sensei flew through the ranks but each time he was promoted he was by far the best at that level. I would look at videos of his tests and strive to perform with that intensity (although knowing that it wasnt possible). If you came to the Dojo in a foul mood you were sure to leave in a much better one. Sensei has always brought out the best in me and Ive seen hundreds of others that had the same result. Going through conditioning classes with Sensei teaching was always a treat. You could walk into the Dojo feeling like you had nothing in the tank but Sensei would motivate each and every one of us to summon the energy/heart to throw 1 more/10 more/50 more punches, kicks, blocks or other techniques. He wouldnt let you be satisfied with yourself if you werent doing every thing to your maximum ability. Frankly, the thought of letting him down when you know that he knows exactly what you are capable of is a feeling I didnt ever want to have. Long story short Sensei is the best teacher, student, motivator, counselor and friend that I luckily have had the privilege to know.
Great place in the heart of the city. Hands on training, top of the line equipment and high intensity training. Perfect for those leading a busy life. I would recommend to anyone looking to make a healthy change in their life!
I really liked the idea of a local gym that offers both personal training and fitness classes. The classes have been awesome with my favorite being the Kickboot class. Both Mike and Ally have taught the class each adding their own spin but both leaving me feeling like I actually accomplished something. I also liked that they modified exercises to meet my fitness level. The trainers and instructors at Twy-fit have all been friendly, positive and encouraging; it was an overall great experience.
I joined with F3 a year and half ago because I was looking around for a new gym. I had recently started strength training and it was important to me to find a gym and a trainer that could help me continue building that. I could not have asked for a better gym than F3 or a better trainer than Garrin. Garrin's knowledge on not just fitness but nutrition too is beyond impressive and I appreciate that he is continually researching and reading to stay up to date and gain new knowledge himself. Garrin is a phenomenal instructor who is patient and meets each client where they are at, yet also challenges them and pushes them every time. But it is not just Garrin. In the year and half I've been training at F3, I have built incredible friendships. The culture at F3 is unlike any other gym you'll encounter. We all celebrate each other's successes and encourage each other through struggles. It has become my 2nd home and I strongly recommend F3 for any person, age, and skill level.
Been 2 weeks since I started with Changing Lives and it's been an incredible beginning to my life changing journey. With having struggled with my weight for many yrs now and being self conscious about my physical capabilities, the one on one training I get with Changing Lives is exactly the workout I need to succeed. My trainer guides me through EVERY exercise with my capabilities in mind and stretches me to my best abilities. I'm actually looking forward to measuring my success next month!! Amanda is such an amazing, supportive, and smart trainer! She goes above and beyond for her clients, making them not just see results while they are training with her but also giving them the tools to build a workout program and continue working out on days she isn't training with them. She offers nutritional advise, caters to your dietary needs (I'm a vegetarian) and is a great motivator. Beyond that, she also is always seeking to improve herself and is learning new training techniques, which translates directly to her clients training. Wouldn't train with anybody else! She's the best :)
I've been training with Nate for about a month and half. I've been working out for 4 years now and already have a great physique but when I train with Nate it pushes me to a whole new level. He makes me hit parts of the muscles that I didn't know existed.
I've been getting my ass kicked by Jon for 6 months now, I had never worked out with a trainer before but he's been motivating and fun and gets great results in the process. After spending many years at the gym on my own doing the same boring routine and getting the same results, it's been fabulous mixing things up, learning new techniques and being motivated to push myself. Jons incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling and making up missed sessions. He can do one-on-one personal training or group training classes. His pricing is so affordable compared to what you'll find at a gym or with many other trainers. I can't say enough good things about Jon - the results speak for themselves.

I have been working with Carlos for nearly a year, and although I have always worked out regularly, my level of fitness has dramatically improved. As a 52 year old woman, I have a great "set of guns" thanks to Carlos, and my body is balanced throughout. Most importantly, I have suffered zero injury despite excellent strength improvement, muscle mass development, and improved flexibility. I have learned a tremendous amount from Carlos who is a kind and tremendously caring person to work with, and as noted, has a great sense of humor.

I've been working with PPT for about 5 years after being diagnosed with knee problems and diabetes. I knew I had to take care of myself and improve my health, but as a business owner I didn't really have time to get to a gym... nor did I want to go, for fear that I'd wreck my already damaged knee. PPT offered the best solution for me, allowing me to keep some work/life balance by having a trainer come to my home every other day. Best of all, they were SAFE- they kept track of EVERYTHING, never pushing me beyond my boundaries and taking down the intensity when needed. I have only been working with mike for a short time, however, I have lost 24 lbs. Gained allot of muscle and confidence. Mike is as tuff as you want him to be. Total dedication to everyone of his clients. Who else will answer a phone call, text, or facebook within minutes? I will be Training with him for along time!

Before I started training with Ryan, I was attending LA Fitness and stuck to my same routine. I had already lost 30 pounds but could not seem to lose the last 5 stubborn pounds. I also wanted to see more definition in my legs and arms. I was at the point where I wanted to "tone" up my body, but was unable to because I had reached a plateau. Ryan is not only effective but he knows what he is doing, that's for sure. He believes you should push yourself to the max to get the results you want, which is exactly what I did every time. The workouts constantly changed, so my body didn't become accustomed to the same ol' boring routine. Workouts included cross-fit, high intensity circuit training, kickboxing and TRX. Within a month I could see the definition in my arms, legs and even stomach. I continue to work out with him on a weekly basis, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He delivers challenging but effective workouts. I can honestly say he is one of the toughest trainers I have ever come across. If you want the results you have been longing for, he is your guy! There is nothing this guy cannot do!
