Michael was a huge help and did a great job on our master bathroom remodel. We had a few ideas in mind how we wanted the bathroom to look and he knew exactly what to do! He not only tiled our bathroom floor and shower, he moved plumbing and moved a wall. We couldn’t be happier! We are having him come back for our kids bathroom after the holidays!

We communicated and set up a time to come out to look at what I wanted done and give me an estimate.Two minutes after he was suppose to be here he texted me to say he missed our appointment and he apologized and could we set up another appointment.I followed up with him with two messages and he never responded to my text.Which was Tuesday a week ago from today.June 15th @11:00 was our appointment.I haven’t heard from him since.I hired someone else that’s not under ThumbTack.
