Liz makes the lessons fun, and she engages with them on a developmentally appropriate level all the way through (they are both in elementary school). Liz is very communicative and available to us, as well. She has a clear curriculum, and she communicates her expectations directly with the kids and with us. She has great suggestions for music learning resources, too. Our daughters are reading music and playing the piano!! Liz is awesome! We highly recommend!!"See more

I drive her to Mikkels home for her lessons and I can relay first-hand that he is a very dedicated teacher who does a spectacular job helping her focus and stay on task with the material in front of her, despite the fact that my granddaughter likes to converse about a lot of things NOT piano related. His efforts have helped her succeed in learning the basics of playing the piano and enjoying the multiple rewards as well.When I was young, I took organ lessons and my two children also took piano lessons when they were young.
