Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome. Pick her as your trainer. DO IT!

The home-based yoga training is perfect for my busy lifestyle, plus I get the personal attention that is seriously lacking in those gym classes. I've taken a number of yoga classes with various instructors throughout the years. After a two year hiatus I decided to start practicing yoga again. I've attended two of Martha's classes so far and have enjoyed them a lot. It's been great to be in a group setting with an instructor that pays attention to their students' needs and changes the class accordingly. Martha also has a calm voice and helps demonstrate some of the harder poses. I've enjoyed being challenged in my yoga practice!
So excited for ongoing weekly yoga classes with Doris! She offered the first lesson free and it was AMAZING. Her routine struck a great balance between strength and stretching, with a wonderful guided meditation at the end. Doris arrived right on time, complete with an essential oil diffuser, customized playlist, and fun personality! I whole-heartedly recommend Yoga for Everyone (but not on Wednesday evenings; she's mine then!!).

I give technical points as to how this body machine of ours works, but more importantly, I truly care about the human beings who have honored me by letting me into their lives. I get excited when they discover a breakthrough in their mind/body work. I see the perfect pose in everyone, yet I do not care at all about perfecting poses. The pose is a direction, a form that one's body moves toward. Your body is somewhere in that form it is not a form imposed on your body. That is why everybody can do my yoga. I gently guide and encourage you to move in a direction of opening your body and making it strong, so that it can open. This is a joyous process for me and the students. I studied exclusively with these people for seven years. When I realized I loved yoga and it was my purpose in life to be a yoga teacher, I began traveling around the world to take teacher training programs.
