Michelle is SO WORTH IT! Every time I come in we discuss goals, how I’m improving and in two weeks there has already been a noticeable difference in how my body is going from Pillsberry dough boy to being the terminator. Well it’s not that drastic but you get my point. Michelle is so easy to get along with and flexible with my schedule. (She kinda has to be, she teaches yoga) lol. But seriously, she’s awesome. Pick her as your trainer. DO IT!

I've been working with Andrea for several months and have a plan in place for the entire year. I expect to continue working with her indefinitely.She is phenomenal in three distinct ways: 1. she is an expert in what she does. Andrea draws on years of experience with athletes as well as her own creatiivty to make workouts that are varied, challenging, fun and explicitly tailored to skill level. 2. her approach is holistic: nutrition and diet play an instrumental role in fitness and Andrea helped me set up goals on My Fitness Pal and gives me feedback once a week on how I am doing. I have workouts for the entire week not just for our sessions together. She understands that mental stress also impacts physical fitness and encouraged me to incorporate yoga or meditation into my routine. Key to Andrea is to help you stretch but also listen to your body. 3. is attitude: Andrea is incredibly down to earth and invested in her clients' success. I haven't worked with other trainers but I was formerly a competitive runner and team captain, and I also interviewed many other trainers, so I have seen first hand that someone can have the intellectual knowledge but lack the coaching ability or holistic view of what it takes to meet your goals. Can't say enough wonderful things about Andrea. I'm getting stronger and feeling my best self working with her.

I took prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, and barre with Mary at different times. She is an amazing instructor! She incorporates essential oils, and does posture corrections. I feel like a different person when I walk out of her classes. She is an amazing light!

I have very descriptive cues that I often get complemented on, I'm very good at taking feedback and building my practice to be able to serve anyone from beginners to advanced. Breath plays a very important role in my practice. My most favorite thing about my job would be making relationships with my students, watching them grow. Another thing I love is having begenners, although it doesn't matter your level I love teaching people.

After receiving my yoga alliance certification in 2012, I continued my studies and earned my nutrition coaching certificate the following summer. I began my teaching career with an internship at Caron Chiropractic Clinic, and since then I have been teaching at a number of reputable establishments including the YWCA, Jewish Community Center, and the St. Paul Athletic Club. Last summer, I also had the great opportunity to work with Fitness in the Parks.
