Brandon arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. He knows his stuff and was able to run me through quite a number of strength and tone training. He's very easy to work with and has a great knowledge of his training skills. If a certain exercise was causing any discomfort, he knew how alternate it by other techniques. I have nothing but good things to say about this trainer.
Lisa is, by far, the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable in all forms of physical training as well as nutrition. She takes a healthy holistic approach (mind, body). I was impressed with not only the results of our training sessions but also the personal interest and care she provided to my unique training needs (which changed over time). I had always been active but my solo workouts werent giving me the desired results. Choosing John Peters as my personal trainer changed all that. During my two years working out with John, he taught me how to get the most out of my strength training and cardio. John is knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. What I most appreciate about John is that he made an effort to know me and what type of workouts I needed to be successful. He made me work hard and once I saw the results I was able to make myself work hard. I moved to Texas five years ago. I keep asking him to move here because I cant find a quality trainer that kicks my butt like he did. However, because of Johns coaching, Im able to continue the exercise program I learned from him and maintain the results he helped me create.
Jessica is an amazing trainer. When I began training with Jess almost 3 years ago I was a year out from having twins. I learned early on from Jess that that inches come off faster than the pounds. After 4 months I was down 10lbs and that didn't seem like a lot but I lost 27inches and went from a size 12 to a size 6. With monthly measurements you can see and feel that you are achieving a goal and that building muscle does not mean bulking up if done right! As time progressed and I built more muscle, literally one day the pounds just flew off (20+ lbs lost). I stated when we met that I would never be able to do a sit up. I have since blown that out of the water and run numerous 5k's, 10k's, and 3 half marathons! The last being Big Sur, my dream! I also had a very high and erratic heart rate. After 3 years my heart rate has improved and is 30-40 beats lower while running. I now understand the need for a personal trainer. She pushes me beyond what I would make myself do. However, Jess will also listen as I have chronic IT Band issues. She understands when I say that I need to back down on something (as I never back down). Jess is an amazing trainer who will teach you new things about yourself and introduce you to new workouts you may not think of (TRX, Yoga, Boxing, how to use paper plates in a workout if you don't have equipment). She is truly amazing and most importantly we work as a team to achieve goals together! It speaks volumes that now my mother has come to understand why I use a trainer. My mother has now taken up strength training and yoga with Jess at the age of 62!
I used BA Fitness to get healthier. I wanted to learn about nutrition and weight training. They catered to my schedule and my fitness wants(minimal cardio). They helped me make goals and achieve them. I learned a ton, lost 20lbs and felt amazing. It was a stress free experience. My trainer was fantastic.
I have several health issues that I am trying to work with. Bennett is very knowledgeable about the body and how we should approach this. He listens... I mean really really listens when you talk which is great, and maintains eye contact. He is also very down to earth. Not afraid to 'say it like it is' which happens to be pretty much the only kind of person that can get my attention. I just started working with him so I can't elaborate too much on his/my training, but I plan to write more later on.
one on one training, class workouts, and dietary information to get best results make hime a great trainer, also for the fact he has been in similar shoes to lose weight and keep it off proves it is doable with alot of hard work.
Doug's knowledge on training and fitness is incredible. He has been studying and applying it for many years. He is truly dedicated to this field and his clients. I am having a great time working out!

I have been training at Train Your Way Fitness for 2 1/2 months now between 2-3 times a week. I can visibly see changes in my body and my endurance. I have been training with Michelle Carlson and she has pushed my body to its limits which is something I was never able to do on my own. Michelle has always been on time with her session times and makes sure I get my full value out of my time with her. She even has created my own personal book so I can keep track of my progress and my health statistics. If you are looking for someone who is friendly and kind, but can push you when you're not giving 100%, I'd recommend Michelle!
I've always been highly skeptical of trainers. I haven't trained with a ton of different people, but I don't think I've ever found one that I felt super confident that they knew what they were talking about. Luckily, I started training with Rachael, and she changed that! Her knowledge of fitness and the human body is so deep and well rounded. She can help you with your fitness from every angle that you could want, be it working around an injury or your diet. She knows how to give you a workout that will push your limits. I'd say training with her is great for so many reasons, but I think the best thing she brings to the table is her attitude. She's always so enthusiastic, encouraging when you give her 100%, and she never made me feel any pressure to do anything more than my best. Rachael is so passionate and loves what she does, and it definitely shows! I know training with her helped me to push me to new heights. Every session was a challenge, but it was fun and rewarding! I've used personal training before and it's pretty easy to tell when someone really cares vs just doing their job. Jordan is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about fitness as well as nutrition, and even has helped me create meal plans to aid in my goals in addition to fitness routines. Really glad I found his training and I'm totally gonna have the bikini body I want!!
I started training with Ashley and Christian about a year ago, which was one the greatest decisions I have ever made. They have guided me with what I should be eating so I get the results I want, they have encouraged me throughout all my workouts and pushed me to achieve a better and healthier me. One of the great things about training with Ashley and Christian is there are exercises that I was unable to do and they are able to modify it specifically for me. Their gym is 100% private so there is no judgment only encouragement.
Steve is a great trainer. He’s always supportive in helping me to reach my goals. He understands nutrition and will help with meal plans as well as planning workouts. I’ve been training with him for 2 1/2 years and will continue to do so.

I've been working with Jesse for a few months now with my nutrition. He's explanation and leadership through macronutrient placement according to my specific goals has been invaluable. I'm learning so much! Not only that, he's challenged me with a few personal training sessions that have spiced up my workout regiment.
