By changing up the workouts my mind and body are constantly guessing and I never get bored. I would strongly recommend Will as a personal trainer - his expertise will help anyone reach their goals! "I've never worked with a personal trainer before, and was a little weary, but Brandon has been incredible and instantly put me at ease. In the months we've been training together I've improved my diet (with Brandon's help), increased my strength, stamina and feel better about where I'm at physically. Brandon takes a genuine interest in your goals and sets a plan to help you achieve your fitness objective. As someone who is recovering from an accident, Brandon has tailored my workouts to help me push myself, but also takes my physical limitations into consideration. It's been a great experience so far. I'm looking forward to continually improving with Brandon's expert guidance. On top of all that, he's just a good dude. If you're thinking about working with a personal trainer do yourself a favor and message Brandon."

"I used BA Fitness to get healthier. I wanted to learn about nutrition and weight training. They catered to my schedule and my fitness wants(minimal cardio). They helped me make goals and achieve them. I learned a ton, lost 20lbs and felt amazing. It was a stress free experience. My trainer was fantastic."

"Paul has been my running coach for years. When I first started, I had terrible form. I couldn’t run a quarter mile without getting winded. Not to mention, I had aches and pains I had no idea how to work through. Because of his extensive USMC training, Paul was able to train me through better form, improvement in foot/arm placement, breathing techniques and building my mental strength to complete my first 5k. After the 5k, I was extremely motivated and Paul pushed me to complete a 10k then finally the Tough Mudder. It’s amazing what the body can do with proper support and coaching. Not to mention my aches and pains went away, I dropped excess body fat from improving my distance and most importantly I learned how to eat to perform instead of eating because “I feel like I have to.” Understanding customized caloric intake and macro placement was beyond beneficial and directly affected my workouts. My lifestyle is completely different now and I wouldn’t be where I am today without Paul."

"Great experience. Working out with Chris has made such a difference. I have been working out with him for over a year. I started out just wanting to lift weights. I have always been active and worked out at the gym in addition to running. He first sat down with me and asked me what my goals were and did an assessment and set up a plan specific to me. It not only included weight training, but incorporated proper nutrition and regular cardio program tailored to me. What a difference working with Chris. My 5K run time was 11:10 and after a year my 10 Mile runtime is 10:40. Thanks so much Chris."

"Lisa has worked with my unique strengths and weaknesses to craft a customized plan tailored to my needs. She will not be the cheapest trainer, but she is experienced and knows her profession. Strengths include stretching, core, and weights. Weakest area would be aerobics. Cares about her clients. Available any time to answer questions. I would recommend her highly."

"While I’m still at the beginning of my fitness journey he has already helped me significantly by getting me motivated and resdy for what’s ahead. Giving me tips and tricks for days I don’t see him. We have been working on many mobility and strength training excersizes while mixing in some cardio. Every time I see him he’s ready with a new workout specifically for my wants and body shape. Very professional while still being friendly and open. Excited to keep working with him to meet my goals! Great trainer! Will post before and afters a little later down the line."
