Tammie Hanson says, "I need to change my previous review (below), I have changed the review from a 1 star to 4 stars.(4 because I had to go through some hoops to get things resolved) After my previous review I was contacted by John via a phone call. He was VERY courteous and professional. He reviewed my situation and invoice and realized that BWS had indeed made a mistake in pricing and has now rectified the situation. He explained the series of events which led to the mistakes, I appreciate the ownership of these mistakes and believe this is what had happened. The workmanship was good and the tech was professional. With this situation being resolved, I would recommend this company at this point. Again, I appreciate when a company can own its mistakes and make things right with the customer.Outrageous price of $2300 (and this was after some $ was taken off the original total) for 2 inexpensive parts, less than $300, and less than 2 hours of labor for a plumbing issue. We were NOT presented with the estimate ahead of the work being done. If we would have been we would not have gone ahead with the work. The tech completed the work THEN came in with the price and asked for payment and electronic signatures on a device for work being completed as he put it and for our credit card payment, we still had not seen an estimate or invoice. I had to ask for it so we could understand the extremely high pricing. I will admit that it was our bad for giving payment and signing anything without reading it but we were just caught off guard by the whole situation. After he left I looked at the email sent with the paperwork and saw at the bottom that it was supposed to have been an ESTIMATE/invoice which was concerning. I then called their office right away to understand this and no one was able to help right away so I sent the email as well and finally received an email with excuses. If I had known the price ahead AND signed off on it I would not be questioning this company. Also, be aware there are MANY fees attached to their pricing: ex. Fuel charges, dispatch fee (ours was $450 not listed on their website), service fee, admin costs, the list goes on. This company has good google reviews (which I now believe are false reviews or the negative ones are buried) which is why I used them but if you dig a little deeper and filter lowest ratings first on the platforms you will find many negative reviews regarding this company, I figured this out after the fact. I see that many of BWS responses to the negative reviews suggest you call their office to resolve, Good luck getting a phone call back or any resolution. They are completely taking advantage of their customers. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs."See more

The project included a complete demolition of the entire bath (down to the studs), moving the flange of the toilet back closer to the wall (which meant moving the pipes around a joist in the basement), tile for the floor and shower, plumbing changes in the shower and all the finish work (paint, installing sink/vanity, cabinet, lighting, toilet, etc.). The entire project took just about 2 weeks from demo to completion. The delay was on me, the order/delivery of the glass wall for the shower took longer than expected. I would STRONGLY recommend Level Up Remodeling for your project. They are amazing, hard working, communicative and if there are issues, they let you know immediately. I loved the fact that Matt was super responsive when I texted or emailed questions about the project. Overall, I could not be happier!"See more

They came out the first day I called had it all installed on the second day Steve, Austin and Kong were very professional lead tarps down everywhere very clean there might be cheaper services out there, but do you always want to go with the cheapest guy? I felt their pricing was fair. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again."See more

I called A&B Heating to repair an older central air unit that had run perfectly until now. He listened as I explained what had happened to the unit. After a little bit of trouble shooting he had it running in about 30 min. He was never about replacing the unit if the repair was cost effective. I have used several well known HVAC companies over the years. This is the first time that I felt that a company was here to honestly do the best possible job for me at a reasonable cost. He also gave me some helpful information on continuing care for my HVAC system. I am so relieved to have found this company. I will no longer feel apprehensive about calling someone for maintenance and repairs.

Contacted Justin, he responded quickly, was out the next day- I appreciated that he was able to come in the evening to work around my work schedule. This guy is amazing. I had a problem that needed a simple fix - he was the only one to respond with questions rather than quotes of base prices. Then he offered to swing by right away, on a weekend, assuring me it was a 5 min or less, very simple fix. He was right, my AC was up and running, and he didn’t even want to be paid for it because the fix was so simple to him (my dog chewed through a wire he replaced). The honesty and kindness, professionalism, was shocking. I paid anyways as a thank you for being so human-focused and friendly honesty, rather than his competitors that take make homeowners feel like they’re taken advantage of at every opportunity. If I ever have anything HVAC/electrical related, this is the guy I’m calling first - highly recommend you give him a shot at helping!
