Matt G. says, "Early June, 2022 So I wanted a wanted a whole house rewire(I had old 2 wire and a wimpy 100 amp fuse box), fix the exposed wire problems(My fault), 200 amp service, rewire the garage(with heater and possible electric car hook-up) and the shed and generator back-up. A new electrical house from the bottom up with 2022 safety protocols and conveniences. Be prepared for some sticker shock, but I find it worth it. I feel so much better here. House background; This is a three level 1950 Bungalow (Basement, main floor, and converted attic into bedroom) home. In the basement, its exposed rafters and a typical sub modern unfinished basement. What I have now. All three floors are done and great. That wasn't an easy house to rewire. They didn't put any holes in walls, floors or ceiling, installed my new lights and ceiling fan too. Thanks. Remembering what the two-wire conduit in the basement rafters looked like over the years and how I live in the house and comparing it to what life, safety, conveniences and huge power boost that I live with now. What a difference! Its so easy to take for granted how our life operates with instant power. Watching or seeing what the workers did that day when I came home from work, it was clear of the efforts put into the detail for their project and taking care of my house and my overly affectionate cat. The project included a complete demolition of the entire bath (down to the studs), moving the flange of the toilet back closer to the wall (which meant moving the pipes around a joist in the basement), tile for the floor and shower, plumbing changes in the shower and all the finish work (paint, installing sink/vanity, cabinet, lighting, toilet, etc.). The entire project took just about 2 weeks from demo to completion. The delay was on me, the order/delivery of the glass wall for the shower took longer than expected. I would STRONGLY recommend Level Up Remodeling for your project. They are amazing, hard working, communicative and if there are issues, they let you know immediately. I loved the fact that Matt was super responsive when I texted or emailed questions about the project. Overall, I could not be happier!"See more

I called A&B Heating to repair an older central air unit that had run perfectly until now. He listened as I explained what had happened to the unit. After a little bit of trouble shooting he had it running in about 30 min. He was never about replacing the unit if the repair was cost effective. I have used several well known HVAC companies over the years. This is the first time that I felt that a company was here to honestly do the best possible job for me at a reasonable cost. He also gave me some helpful information on continuing care for my HVAC system. I am so relieved to have found this company. Contacted Justin, he responded quickly, was out the next day- I appreciated that he was able to come in the evening to work around my work schedule. This guy is amazing. I had a problem that needed a simple fix - he was the only one to respond with questions rather than quotes of base prices. Then he offered to swing by right away, on a weekend, assuring me it was a 5 min or less, very simple fix. He was right, my AC was up and running, and he didn’t even want to be paid for it because the fix was so simple to him (my dog chewed through a wire he replaced). The honesty and kindness, professionalism, was shocking. I paid anyways as a thank you for being so human-focused and friendly honesty, rather than his competitors that take make homeowners feel like they’re taken advantage of at every opportunity. If I ever have anything HVAC/electrical related, this is the guy I’m calling first - highly recommend you give him a shot at helping!
